great location

Cute studio apartment in a great location roght nextbto the warf. Short walk to transportation, grrat selection pr bars and restaurants and shopping. Host were detailed with their directions checkmin and out was easy.

Auckland visit

Great location on the waterfront although view was limited. One block to lots of restaurants and the Maritime Museum. Central to downtown area. Public Parking was close and you have to pay for it. Getting the key fob was a challenge until I realized that the location was on the side of the building and not at the entrance of the address I was given.

A perfect place for visiting Auckland

James made staying in the apartment a pleasure. It was clean, a pleasant neighborhood, safe, and within a walk of anything you need. I would definitely stay there again if I visit Auckland.

Beautiful studio with a view

This condo is exactly as listed. Nice and clean and right on the harbour. So fun to be able to walk along the harbour, downtown and to Albert park. We would stay again!

Central location at Viaduct Harbour / very noisy

Nice apartment very central at Viaduct Harbour.During our stay it was very noisy. Very loud live musing playing until 3 am. The internet was not working proper and assisting host doesn't react.

Enjoyable

We loved being in central area at Viaduct …love the area … a little difficulty accessing the apartment to start with, and we weren’t that good trying open the door … fob didn’t always seem to work for us … probably old age, but good communication with owner, and if we come back to Viaduct ..which I’m sure we will …definitely this apartment is on the cards.

Great Location

Great space for a couple on a short stay. Place was comfortable and clean and have everything we needed. A bit noisy at night because of the location. Otherwise highly recommend for the proximity to good attractions

Excellent location

Very handy location and we could walk to the theatres for the shows. Apartment was very well appointed and had everything we needed. We had a wonderful weekend away.Thank you :)

Petit studio confortable et bien équipé, idéal si l'on n'a pas de véhicule. Environnement un peu bruyant en soirée, du fait de l'emplacement sur Viaduct Harbour, mais bonne isolation phonique. Procédure un peu compliquée pour récupérer les clés, sans contacts personnels. Bonne réactivité informatique du propriétaire.

Auckland Viaduct Harbour

Perfect for a couple. Everything that is needed - close to public transit, ferries, shopping, restaurants and night life (especially vibrant on Friday and Saturday). Felt very safe in this location. Very clean and easy to check in and out. Good communication from our host. We had an excellent experience!

We had a great room in the Aqueduct district. The location gave us access to many restaurants, shopping and sites to see. James was very easy to work with. We would definitely stay there again should we return to Auckland.

Studio in Viaduct area of Auckland

The apartment looked just as it did in the photos. The apartment was clean and tidy. I arrived just as Cyclone Gabrielle hit New Zealand. I felt safe and comfortable there during the storm. The building was well cared for, too. The neighborhood was convenient. I would recommend this apartment to a solo traveler or a couple.
