SafelyStay, Inc., verifies the identity of guests and checks criminal databases in order to confirm reservations.

TRUST & SAFETY
The SafelyStay, Inc. Trust and Safety Fee includes up to $10,000 of accidental coverage for contents damage and up to $100,000 coverage for accidental property damage and bodily injury.

Getting Around:
The best way to get around is by car with most highways conveniently nearby. You can also use the Metrolink light rail system to get to many major attractions. Metro's efficient light rail system offers stops throughout the city.

St. Louis has both UBER and Lyft available. You'll also see lots of Lime and Bird electric scooters throughout the city, so you can zoom wherever you'd like!

The host was very responsive. Renting the entire property worked out very well. Lots of great space in all three areas for the family to gather for meals, etc. All three kitchens are well stocked with everything you need. All three spaces have modern kitchens and baths. The property is located in a great spot to walk around Soulard.

Great location near all the things

The property was in a fantastic location, making it easy to explore the area. The space itself was very roomy, giving us plenty of comfort during our stay. Check-in was smooth, and the place had everything we needed.A few minor details could have been improved, but overall, it was a great stay. Would recommend for anyone looking for a convenient and spacious place to stay!

Perfect Weekend Trip

This was a perfect weekend trip to St Louis! The house was perfect for our group of 12 friends. The location in Soulard was amazing. Walkable distance to multiple restaurants and bars, and a quick Uber ride into the city to catch a Cardinals game, or over to the brewery for a tour. We enjoyed our stay, and the host was very responsive to anything that came up. We would definitely stay here again and recommend this to anybody interested in a St Louis trip!

Comfortable Getaway Stay

Accommondates needs of group with plenty of seating, beds and baths. Able to relax, eat, play games and rest without worry. Our group of 8 enjoyed our 4 night stay and had all minor property issues addressed timely. Parking can be tricky.

Arch Madness weekend

We had 12 adults ages 20-76 and we all loved the property. Was great for multiple families, you can all get together but still have some of your own space. We hope to rent again next year from the annual trip!

Great space

We came in for a Cards game weekend and had 11 people at the property. The place was well maintained, had great space and had a lot of great touches and decor. Beds were comfortable and the bathrooms for each room was extremely nice. Parking was easy and we loved the proximity to everything in soulard. Very responsive hosts and made things very easy. Would definitely stay here again!

Amazing property for Soulard Mardi Gras

Property was perfect for a multiple couple getaway! The triplex was tucked away on a dead end street in within the Soulard Mardi Gras festivities. We had a great time and talking about making this our annual getaway! Houses were all completely updated and clean. Couldn’t ask for more.

Nice place for large group. 3 separate units was unique but wasn't a problem when we wanted to be together to eat or visit. Interesting that none of the closets had hanging bars.

Baseball Heaven

Good location, however does backup to a homeless campsite we decided not to park cars in the reserved parking behind the rental, plenty of parking in front of the place. We had no security issues during our stay. Soulard area and Cardinals are special and we would stay here again. Kristen the host was very responsive and helpful.

Place was clean and exactly as advertised. I repeatly requested early check in, even for additional fee. The correspondence between me and Verbo should have been a stern no instead of vaguely stated reply. If you need advice on how to improve add patio furniture to the courtyard.

Great stay!

We attended a conference and looked for a place to stay together but have maximum privacy at the same time. The property is very well equipped and taken care of. It was very clean and pleasant. Each room has an en-suite bathroom and a full size closet. The neighborhood is nice and we felt safe and comfortable walking for dinner at night or jogging in the AM. Although the property is located just next to a highway it was very quiet and we were able to work and rest properly. Just 6 minutes Lyft/Uber drive to the Americas Convention Center. Highly recommended.

Family Vacation

We came in town for a party. I had my adult kids and my two small sons. It worked out great with the 3 separate houses. We had a issue with the TV and someone came over and fixed it quickly. The only complaint is the dog next door barks a lot and is outside for hours. I would also recommend more towels as rugs at the front of the doors for water and dirt. The house and service was nice. I plan on returning for a girls trip!!

Soulard Base Camp

The rental is in a great location. Close to all the stuff we wanted to do in Soulard . The only a mile or two from downtown. Easy. It is in the heart of fun, with a bar next door and the highway right behind. Walk to the Market, Bogart BBQ, bars, coffee shops and churches. We had all we needed to cook. Needed like a sponge or something for dishes ...that was all we missed in the kitchens. Comfy beds, good AC. The area is noisy so plan for a city experience of the road, late night bar goers, and bar music. A noisy dog next door was quieted when we asked the owner. We appreciate the responsive rental company, the ease of coming and going, and the beautiful hip and historic location. High recommend!

Great option for a large group!

Pros: The location is perfect--quite, safe neighborhood. Close to bars and restaurants, some had free shuttles to the Cardinal's games. The interior decor was modern and beautiful. Multiple bathrooms--so nice to not have to share. Super easy check in/check out process. Really unique set up where you had your own privacy, but were part of a "compound" where everyone was together. Cons: Strong musty smell on main floor of all three units. Property owners were super responsive and delivered air purifiers within the hour, it helped but didn't eliminate the smell. Upstairs bedrooms had no odor. Surprised to find limited supplies--just 2 bath towels per room, no kleenex anywhere, no waste basket in one of the bedroom/bathroom units, etc. We also noticed that everything was clean but the floors...maybe the cleaning crew missed them? With a little more attention to cleanliness and a few more supplies, this place is perfect. Our family would stay here again.

Had a great time and would go back, but I can’t give this 5 stars

As the property is today, I give it 3.5 stars…but could be a 5 star property with a little attention to the details. 11 of us (18-55 years old) were in town for a family wedding on new year’s eve. The property manager was awesome - she was incredibly responsive - she helped us check-in 4 hours early and check-out 2 hours later than advertised. There are plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for large groups and it’s really cool how there are 3 separate units for a little privacy…but still connected into a little compound. Showers were great…beds were comfortable. Even though it’s right next to the highway, it’s surprisingly quieter than expected. And the location is really convenient to everything. Now the less than good feedback. I wish there was a big TV/family room for everyone to gather - we found ourselves hanging out in the kitchen in one of the units before we went out for the night. The neighborhood at first sight is a bit sketchy - but turned out to be a pretty cool area. I’m scratching my head why there are still no hangers in the entire property - and NO crossbars in the closets. We brought our own hangers based on a previous review thinking there would be at least crossbars - but we had to hang dresses and suits on doors. A comforter was missing from one of the units - so we had to buy a blanket while there. There were no sponges, corkscrews or matches/lighters in the units - again scratching my head why these simple items were missing. Lastly - we had to buy candles for all three units because they smelled like pot when we first walked in…and we had to wipe down the floors because they were sticky. With all that said…we had a great time and would go back IF the property manager invested a little more in a better cleaning company and some very inexpensive, but important items for travelers/guests. We’ve stayed in many VRBO’s domestically and internationally - this could easily be a 5 star property…but again needs a little attention to the details to get there.
