This two-story home has lots of room for entertainment and is the perfect destination for friends and family! Take in the stunning views of the horizon towards Surf Beach in a fantastic setting high on the hill. Approximately 2 hours from Canberra, 3 hours from Sydney, and 10 minutes from Batemans Bay.

Only a 5-minute stroll will take you to Surf Beach and the local shops, where you can relax and enjoy a coffee, swim, fish, ride a bike, or go on a nature walk to explore the local wildlife.

The local area offers an abundance of specialty shops, theatres, ice cream shops, and restaurants, pubs and clubs, some of which provide free shuttle services.

Bathroom First Floor: Shower, separate bathtub, double basin, hair dryer, shampoo and condition. Separate Toilet

Living Ground Floor: 40 inch HD Smart TV with built in Chromecast (supports Netflix, Stan, Prime Video etc), 1 x double sofa bed that sleeps 2. This space includes a dedicated office desk and chair suitable for “Working From Home” activities. There is kitchenette with tea and coffee amenities.

Bathroom Ground Floor: Shower and Toilet, shampoo and condition.

Laundry Ground Floor: Washing machine

Heating/ Cooling: Reverse Cycle heating and cooling in the main living area on Level 1. All rooms and living areas have ceiling fans.
Outdoors: Outdoor setting on the deck and BBQ with Surf Beach views. There is an outdoor shower at the back of the property.

Other: Iron and Ironing board is provided in the linen cupboard on the first floor.

Please be sure to clean the BBQ after use as an additional cleaning charge will be applied if not cleaned.

Non Smoking/No Pets, no parties or events.

Guest Access:
The whole house except for any locked cupboards is available to guests.

Access to property is easy with self-check-in via our secure key safe. Access details will be provided prior to check-in.

Other things to note:
Please note there are internal stairs and stairs to the outside deck and could cause a tripping hazard. Please ensure children are supervised at all times.

LINEN - We have included the bedroom and bathroom linen for your stay, however you will need to supply your own beach towels.
