The property is beautifully located with clean relaxed environment. The property manager was extremely responsive and helpful to any questions even if not related to property! I would pick this exact location over and over!

Beautiful View

The building is on the older side, but it was clean and had plenty of space for my family of 4. The pool was perfect, the view from the balcony was amazing. The location was great, just south of the condo the beach was very quiet and less people. We'd come back.

Was informed by luxury beach rentals just 3 days before check-in that balcony deck on oceanfront was deemed unsafe. So they moved us to different resort in Myrtle Beach area.

Rest and Relaxation

The condo was exactly as described. Everything was immaculate. We had no issues and was able to get plenty of rest. Very quiet. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen had every thing you needed to prepare a meal. Just loved our stay. Will definitely be back.

This is a very nice unit. Master bedroom is excellent. Other bedroom can hear outside noises like traffic. Excellent view of the ocean.

Very disappointed when entering this condo! Entry rugs very small & dirty. The carpet needs replacing. The furniture looks dirty.It needs painting. Nice condo, great location.

Property was clean & well cared for with great location. 3 large screen, smart tv’s was great. The issues we had were no toilet paper as promised with the welcome package. The internet was poor. Mostly, we used our own streaming services. If you’re just watching tv it should be fine. Using ff or rewind, the latency is intolerable. My wife needed to do some work online and said if was frustrating.

Everything was nice. I would have like to have a metal pan (cookie sheet). There were nails poking out between tile and carpet that we kept stepping on. We put a piece of tape down to warn us. Lighting in 2nd bedroom was lacking and some outlets wasn’t working Overall everything was very nice and we would stay again.

Fabulous views, nice clean unit and assigned parking!

Clean unit with fabulous views and ease of access. Assigned parking was steps from the door and elevator. From elevator just steps to unit. Really helpful with my 94 year old mother. Condo was well equipped with everything you need. Pillows in the extra bedroom worn out but everything else was in excellent condition. There is extensive old water damage to the ceiling in master bedroom and living/dining area but it didn't bother us. The company who host this unit gave the best information on directions and entry that I've ever received. Took one star off because it took multiple days for them to send someone to flip a breaker that worked the microwave and overhead kitchen light. Unit was larger than I've experienced with a 2 bedroom before. The pool was cleaned daily while we were there and the elevator hall was mopped multiple times daily. We would definitely rent again.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautiful condo. Just a little disappointed that the door from the master to the balcony wouldn’t open. I think it was rusted shut & the windows didn’t open so there was no way to listen to the ocean waves at night. Since this is a smaller condo with two very large condos on each side you cannot watch the sun rise from the balcony in the morning & cannot see the sunset at all from the building. I do not believe the pool is heated at all & the first of the week it was cooler so the pool was freezing. We were also right off the elevator so you hear a lot of ppl late at night. We were on the second floor & the down button quit working on the elevator so we had to hit the up button & hope for an empty elevator so we could go down. One of the elevators quit working while we were there but was repaired pretty quickly. Like I said before it’s a nice condo & clean building but I probably wouldn’t stay there again.
