The impressively stocked kitchen includes a double oven, gas stove, and an island with seating for four. On the main level, you'll find two inviting bedrooms. The primary bedroom features a luxurious king bed, an ensuite bathroom with a jetted tub, dual sinks, a walk-in shower, and a spacious closet. Additionally, the primary bedroom offers private access to a covered upper deck, allowing you to soak in the panoramic views at your leisure. The guest bedroom on this level also has private access to a covered deck and is furnished with a comfortable queen bed and enjoys its own ensuite bathroom with dual sinks. A bonus room with office space and a daybed with trundle provides additional sleeping arrangements.

Descend to the lower level complete with a cozy gas fireplace and ample entertainment space. Accessible from this level are two additional, spacious bedrooms and a bonus room. One guest bedroom features two double beds, while the other is configured with three sets of bunk beds, each with a full bed on the bottom and a single bed on top. Each bedroom is conveniently accompanied by its own guest bathroom.

Whether you're relaxing on the upper deck or the lower deck, you'll have the opportunity to take in the beautiful mountain views. Ample seating is available on both decks, with the upper deck featuring a wood-burning outdoor fireplace—a perfect spot for cozy evenings spent under the starlit sky with your guests. A gas grill is available on the lower level.

There are plenty of activities to do in this area, whether you're hiking to one of the many waterfalls, skiing, tubing, or snowboarding at Sapphire's ski area, swimming, or kayaking in Fairfield Lake, or enjoying any of the nice restaurants nearby. In addition, the neighborhood boasts direct access to multiple trail heads of Panthertown Forest including the Deep Gap trail head. You and your guests will stay busy with fun things to do. Additionally, this property offers Sapphire Valley amenities, providing you and your guests with many assets to enjoy.

This home comes with the option to purchase Sapphire Valley Resort amenities. These amenities are not at the home. They are in a separate drivable location. You may join for $5/day or $25/week per person. Your amenity card will allow access to 2 outdoor swimming pools, one indoor heated pool, 2 hot tubs, wet sauna, exercise room, arcade, ping pong, outdoor miniature golf, horseshoes, basketball courts, tennis/pickleball courts, playground, track, picnic tables, community center, organized excursions to Cherokee and the Biltmore House in Asheville, a 9 hole (par 3) golf course, Zip-Lining, High Ropes Course, Fairfield Lake boating amenities and discounts on ski lift tickets and ski equipment rentals during the winter season.

Your reservation includes a damage protection plan. The damage protection plan is $40, and it covers up to $500 in damages. In lieu of purchasing the damage protection plan, guests have the option to choose a refundable security deposit. If you would like to pay a refundable security deposit, please contact us. The security deposit is $500 and will be administered subject to the NC Tenant Security Deposit Act.
