Este exclusivo Saltbox de tres pisos se remonta a finales de 1800. Recientemente totalmente renovado y actualizado fue presentado en la revista Design NJ edición junio / julio 2016. Equipado con aire acondicionado central en todo. El primer piso tiene una hermosa cocina con electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable y encimera de mármol, gama Wolf. Junto a la cocina hay un comedor con mesa y sillas. Habitación familiar con una gran televisión de pantalla plana de 50 "equipada con Apple TV que le brinda películas ilimitadas gratuitas de Netflix. También hay un gran porche proyectado con una mesa de comedor y televisión de pantalla plana. Un patio trasero cercado tiene un gran patio de pizarra con más espacio para comer al aire libre. Un 1/2 baño con lavadora / secadora se encuentra en el primer piso también. El segundo piso tiene un baño completo con ducha de azulejos, doble lavabo y medio baño adicional. Tres habitaciones están en este piso. Dos de las habitaciones tienen una cama Queen y la tercera habitación tiene dos camas Queen. Arriba en el tercer piso hay un cuarto dormitorio grande con una cama King y su propio baño de mármol con azulejos y ducha. Hay televisores de pantalla plana ubicados en todas las habitaciones. Beautiful Home in a Great Location

We loved the house! It was beautifully decorated and maintained, and all of the necessities were provided. We appreciated that there were also beach chairs and other items available to use. The location is fantastic. We walked everywhere. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely stay again in the future.

Location, location, location!

If you want a cozy house that is a stone’s throw to the beach, and a skip to restaurants, coffee cafes, bars, etc. this is the house for you. Backyard and outdoor shower were clutch, esp for children. Only downside is the sleeping rooms are small as the house was built before 1900. Would def book this house again!

Comfort and style - unbeatable location

My family of 5 with 3 young kids stayed for a week in July 2017. The house was wonderful - stylish and comfortable with every modern amenity (while still being traditional and historical). The house is close to everything - beach, restaurants, ice cream, groceries, small amusement park. You don't really need a car unless you plan to explore beyond Beach Haven. Everything was as advertised including a very attentive caretaker. As a bonus, you can see the July 4th fireworks clearly from the front porch! Bathrooms were clean and comfortable, kitchen was modern, and the screened porch was perfect for meals with kids. Only drawback was a lack of garage for bikes and beach gear, but not a big deal. I would highly recommend this property.

Beautiful home and property!

The house and yard is an absolute dream. There was everything my family needed and we were so comfortable and felt right at home. My small pup was welcome and had a great time in the fully fenced in yard. The location of the house could not have been better either. Short walk to stores and restaurants and you can see the beach from the house. Communication with Linda was a breeze. Fast and easy communication. She was also extremely accommodating and helpful. I can’t say enough good things about everything. I will definitely be renting again next year. Best experience I’ve ever had!

Perfect & Amazing Home!!

This house was truly amazing. It had everything we wanted and more! It was spacious, comfortable, beautifully decorated, has a great front porch and and amazing back yard with a secret shed that was gorgeous! It was super close to the beach and town which was so convenient. It slept 8-10 very well and all the beds were super comfortable. My list could go on and on with how wonderful this house was!! Linda was great and always available for our questions. I could not recommended this house more! We will be back next summer!

Perfect Long Weekend in Beach Haven

We stayed at this home for an extended Memorial Day Weekend with our college-aged children and could not have been happier! The place is so beautiful, well maintained and well stocked. From the minute you pull up to the front door, you begin to smile and that does not end. The level of beautiful detail in the house is unlike any other place I ever rented. All the bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and decorated beautifully. The kitchen was also well stocked and quite large. My favorite part of the house was the backyard which reminded me of an enchanted garden. So beautiful. The location was perfect and we never took our cars out the entire weekend. We walked everywhere which is one of my favorite things about being in Beach Haven. My only negative, which did not affect us for just weekend, was the lack of storage for clothes. Closets are small or don't exist and not much drawer space.. For a short time this was not a big deal. Also, why I loved the backyard and the screened in dining porch, it would be nice to have some additional chairs in the backyard for lounging vs. just for dining. All in all, a fabulous experience and would HIGHLY recommend! It is rare to find such a beautiful rental!!

Beautiful home, great location, designers dream!

We stayed at this home this past summer and could not have been more pleased with the choice. Just a few houses from the beach, close to town and walking distance to everything. The house is beautiful from the inside out and wonderfully maintained. The property manager was kind, accommodating for some of our requests and so thoughtful. The backyard is great being fenced in and has a grill and shower. My only negatives were really not that big of a deal and didn't bother us enough to where we wouldn't want to stay there again as we definitely do but just some things to note that maybe should be looked into..1-house has no tub except for one in an outhouse outside. If you have small children that need to take a bath it proved to be a little difficult to get this done in the showers. Again, not a huge issue and definitely not the owners fault as it clearly states there is no tub (this was just an oversight on our part). If you don't have young children or could care less about baths this would not be an issue for you. 2-there really is no place to put your clothes once you arrive. Only one of the 4 bedrooms had a dresser and while 2 of the bedrooms had a closet they were very small and can only accommodate a few items to hang. Was a little frustrating having to live out of your suitcase and having clothes on the ground. I would highly recommend the owners trying to find small dressers to place in the rooms. 3-lastly two of the chairs in the living area (which is not huge but very pretty) are quite uncomfortable and seem to be there more for "their look" than for someone to comfortably sit in. With several people wanting to sit in the living room at the same time some of us chose to sit on the floor rather than the chair because of its uncomfortability. I would recommend getting a love seat or a more comfortable chair. 4-would be nice if the house provided umbrellas, and beach chairs. Just makes it more that you have to pack when your car is already overstuffed with items.Again, these are not deal breakers or any major issues. I think the only thing that frustrated all of us was the lack of storage space for clothes. With that being said I would highly, highly recommend this house and we will definitely be coming back. It truly is a gem and you will not be disappointed.

Lovely

This house is right out of a children's fairy tale. Every detail was something to marvel at, with hidden gems everywhere you looked. We loved this house and will be coming back again for sure. Linda also is THE BEST -- highly attentive and wonderful all around. And the house happens to be PERFECTLY located too, next to the best restaurants and attractions, and of course, just a few steps from the beach. This is *the* house for a family with discerning taste that prefers elegant charm to tasteless excess.

Perfect beach house!

This house was perfect inside and out. Great fenced in yard for kids plus a cute shed in backyard. We were steps to the beach and walked to everything else in the area. The inside is beautifully decorated with great detail like lighting fixtures, hardwood flooring, tiled showers and new appliances. It was clean, modern, and had room for 10. Bedrooms were perfect and the kids loved the large outdoor shower. We can't wait to come back and stay here again next year.

Very Chic and Amazing Furnishings

My family stayed at this beautifully renovated home...the appliances, furnishings and decor are beautiful, chic and high-end. The house has four comfortable bedrooms with new beds. We also enjoyed the fully stocked kitchen and the expansive fenced-in backyard with the cutest little cottage. The house is only a few steps from the beach. This is the perfect house for families with little kids -- lots of open space to run around while the parents enjoy a barbecue. The owners maintain the house in pristine condition. We will most definitely rent this house again.
