The house has brand new air conditioning, so most guests don’t open windows, but there are screens on all the sliding doors and frequently used windows. The house is power washed yearly including screens. We’re located in close proximity to the bay, so screens will most likely never be perfect. But I’ll check and clean them this week. There are not closets in the 2 upstairs bedrooms. However, there is a closet outside of the rooms next to the gray futon, and dressers in both rooms. There IS a closet in the downstairs bedroom, as well as a fully stocked linen cabinet. Towels are not listed as included in the rental, but there are over 20 towels available to choose from for our guests convenience. Most towels are only 1-2 years old. Unfortunately, some of the best towels seem to disappear throughout the season. I will bring more new towels this week, and label them so that guests don’t accidentally swap them with their own. We’re glad you enjoyed your vacation, and are surprised you only gave 3 stars considering all of the positive compliments you gave during your stay. We are proud that most of our reviews are 5’s and strive for our guests to have the best vacation ever! We are constantly improving the property as years go on.
