This secluded, three-bedroom, two-story Cape Cod classic with mid-century modern furnishings is set on a seven-acre wooded lot abutting conservation area. If you are looking for a peaceful retreat, you've found the place.

Located in Wellfleet's desirable Indian Neck area, the property is less than two miles to Indian Neck Beach--a wonderful area to explore on foot or bike (less than a ten-minute bike ride to the beach).

Enter the living room from the main entrance foyer. The living room has plenty of comfortable seating, a flat screen smart TV with cable (YouTube TV cable channels provided, stream additional content with your own accounts), 5G WiFi and a ductless split unit air conditioner. Fireplace is decorative, not for tenant use. A door from the living room leads to the separate dining room with table and seating for six. Beyond the dining room is the nicely equipped eat-in kitchen with gas cooktop, wall oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave and drip coffeemaker. The washer and dryer are conveniently located in the kitchen.

Just off the kitchen is a bedroom with a king bed, window air conditioner and ensuite bathroom with tub/shower.

A staircase in the living room leads to the second floor and the home's other two bedrooms and bathrooms. The master bedroom has a king bed, a cozy reading area and a ductless split unit air conditioner. A hall leads to the ensuite bathroom with shower. The other bedroom has two twin beds, a window air conditioner and an ensuite bathroom with a shower.

Two doors (one from the living room and one from the kitchen) lead to the large deck with two table and chairs, two chaise loungers and gas grill. Relax and enjoy the wooded view--a treat for birdwatchers.

In a private and peaceful area, this property is a short drive to all the best of Wellfleet, including bay and ocean beaches and fresh water ponds. Five-minute drive to Wellfleet's Main Street for restaurants, galleries, shops and the weekly farmers market. Just beyond Main Street is the town pier and harbor where you will find more great restaurants. Short drive to the Cape Cod Rail Trail, Cape Cod National Seashore beaches, trails and sites and the Mass Audubon's Wellfleet Bay Wildlife Sanctuary.

**** CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY ****
Upon cancellation for ANY reason, money will be refunded less a 20% service fee of the total rental amount due, ONLY if the property is re-rented for the same terms and conditions of the original Agreement. Tenant further acknowledges and agrees that where Kinlin Grover Compass undertakes to re-let the property, the rental fee to be charged to the substitute tenant shall be in an amount to be determined in the reasonable discretion of Kinlin Grover Compass and Owner. Tenant agrees that any cancellation of the reservation, undertaken at any time, shall not be effective unless in writing and delivered to Kinlin Grover Compass.
