The property has two separate structures: a newer two-story addition with spectacular water views from the second floor and a main house connected by a deck walkway. The reverse design addition has central A/C, Dish satellite, granite counter tops, hardwood floors and two bedrooms. Bedroom one on the first floor of the addition has two twin beds, bedroom two on the first floor has one queen bed. The bathroom with tub and shower, kitchen and dining area are also located on the first floor. The second floor has a beautiful deck and living room that runs the length of the house with panoramic water views of the bay.

The original house was built in 1954 in the Mid-Century contemporary style. This structure is featured in the book "Cape Cod Modern: Mid-Century Architecture and Community on the Outer Cape" by Peter McMahon and Christine Cipriani. This is a separate structure with plenty of room and privacy, three bedrooms--one with a king bed (can be converted to two twins) and the other two with two twin beds each. There is one bathroom with tub/shower, Dish satellite, dining area, wireless satellite internet*, refrigerator and screened-in porch. There is an enclosed outdoor shower off the original house and a washer/dryer.

0.25 mi walk to beach from property. This property is approximately 1.4 mi to Duck Harbor Beach. Short drive to Wellfleet Center and Harbor for restaurants, shops, galleries and live entertainment. Explore the nearby Great Island Trail in the Cape Cod National Seashore.

**** CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY ****
Upon cancellation for ANY reason, money will be refunded less a 20% service fee of the total rental amount due, ONLY if the property is re-rented for the same terms and conditions of the original Agreement. Tenant further acknowledges and agrees that where Kinlin Grover Compass undertakes to re-let the property, the rental fee to be charged to the substitute tenant shall be in an amount to be determined in the reasonable discretion of Kinlin Grover Compass and Owner. Tenant agrees that any cancellation of the reservation, undertaken at any time, shall not be effective unless in writing and delivered to Kinlin Grover Compass.
