Large Holiday Home with Heated Pool on demand near Lake & Beaches
Wonderful and spacious Central Coast home for the whole family with the beautiful lake at end of the street, a mineral pool (can be heated on demand) with patio and newly built bbq area for relaxing in the sun & gorgeous beaches (Frazer Beach, Birdie Beach, North Frazer Beach) in the National Park only a 8 minute drive away. Shops & cafe's walking distance from the house. Great surf spots in the National Park and paddle boarding or kayaking in the lake. Great fishing all around.
The space
Many houses outhere are listing for 10 people but don’t have much living space. With 3 living areas, a study & dining area you will have plenty of space for your group. There are 5 large bedrooms all with built-ins, Master with walk-in closet and ensuite. 2 TV’s, both with amazon firesticks. Large Pool with shaded seating area. Kitchen with new stone benchtops. 3 minute walk to the lake and shops. 4 minute walk to a lovely Italian restaurant (La Notte Uno). 8 minute drive to the National Park. 14 minute drive to Norah Head restaurants and the rock pools (very kid friendly). 10 minute drive to M1, 45 minute drive to Wahroonga, 1 hour 20min from Sydney. Close to boat ramps, parks and local beaches.
We provide Bed Linen and Bathroom towels (need to bring your own beach towels).
Nb. Pool temperature fluctuates with seasons. We have a pool cover that keeps the temperature swimmable for the braves in winter. But if you wish to get it as a heated pool in winter, please message us before booking, we can arrange that at a $250 fee.
The garage is nit included but there is ample space in the driveway as well as street parking.

We have a smart ringbell that monitors the front of the house (towards the street) for security. The rest of the house offers full privacy.

We are a family of three who have made our home in this beautiful house of Lake Munmorah. Unfortunately due to work commitments, we had to move back to Sydney and we have decided to let other families enjoy our house during their holidays.

Lake Munmorah is a hidden gem in the Central Coast. This is the ideal destination to forget all about the world and connect with nature. The house is located 3 minutes walk from Munnmorah lake were you can swim (no sharks!), do water sports or fishing. There are lovely picnic areas by the water and a walking path.
It is only minutes away by car from some of the most mind blowing beaches you can imagine and where you can enjoy your own private space at the beach.
And the house is also great for a self-contained weekend with all the space you need in the house, a swimming pool, a BBQ as well as TVs and Cooking utensils.

We decorated it for us and all the furniture in there was ours. We decorated it to feel homey and comfortable and this is the feeling that we hope you will get!
