NOTE: 4th Bedroom is technically a day bed located in the basement rec room (see photos). We have sliding curtains installed for your privacy.

NOTE: Seadoo, Canoe + Pontoon Boat Rentals can be completed through Kawartha Adventure Rentals. They can even meet you at our public boat launch & launch & delaunch the watercraft for you. Ask us for more information if you wish or head to their website!

OUTSIDE

The grounds at Coe Lake Cottage are incredible.

As you arrive, there is a covered carport & plenty of parking at the base of the driveway.

On the upper rear deck, we have tons of lounge seating & a large patio table entertaining your guests. Enjoy your morning coffee as you watch the sunrise over looking the lake! There is a propane BBQ & minifridge for your enjoyment.

As you meander down the side steps, you will be greeted by an oversized firepit, which seats up to 8 people comfortably. Share stories around the fire as you gaze up into the beautiful night sky (the stars are absolutely stunning!).

Underneath the deck now, you will find an entertainment area with a fooseball table, screened in sitting area & a 6 person hot tub complete with a wall mounted TV directly above.

Walking towards the lake, you will find a smaller, two person firepit over-looking the lake, perfect for a romantic getaway.

The string-light-lit pathway down to the dock includes a hammock lounge halfway down. The pathway down is gradual & you shouldn't have any issues, however please let us know if you or your guests have any mobility issues. Two kayaks & paddles are provided. Please use them at your own risk! You will be required to bring your own life-jackets.

If you wish to launch your own boat, there is a public boat launch we can direct you to across the lake. The fishing on Coe Island Lake is incredible & available year-round. Splake, large mouth & small mouth bass are abundant. Ask us for tips on fishing if you’re interested!

INSIDE

Entrance to the cottage is through the door located on the upper rear deck. You will be provided a lockbox code upon check-in.

In the main floor kitchen, you will find all the essentials provided to you. Pots, pans, plate/glassware, a keurig & even a Sodastream! The water supply is UV filtered & clean for drinking. There is a gas range, large double door fridge & a dishwasher for guest use. There may be coffee left over however please bring your own.

The living room hosts three large leather reclining couches in front of a large 60" TV for those rainy days.

The main floor has two bedrooms.

The master bedroom contains a king bed with a closet & a two-piece ensuite washroom. The 2nd bedroom contains a double bed with a desk.

The main floor 4 piece washroom contains a shower & tub for guest enjoyment.

Heading downstairs, you will enter an entertainers dream!

The Lake Bar is where you can stream your favourite sports game or share stories over the solid pine bartop. A minifridge & Koolertron are provided.

The basement rec room contains a day bed for up to two overflow guests and a 3-piece corner lounger for streaming your favourite movies/tv shows.

Finally our 3rd bedroom is located in the basement, with a double bed & a washer/dryer located in the closet available for use for long stays.

MOST FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:

- Internet is high-speed Starlink & you should have no problem streaming or working from the cottage with ease.
- The cottage is cooled with a Nest thermostat in the summer
- The cottage is heated with the propane fireplace in the basement
- Please bring your own coffee, firewood & beach towels. Most essentials are provided however please ask if you are wondering.
- The stairs down to the dock are gradual & we've never had issues, however please let us know if you or your guests have any mobility issues & we can talk about it.
- The water supply is UV filtered & clean for drinking.
- Two kayaks are provided for use
- We have 1 XL, 1 L, 1 child & 1 infant life jacket. Please bring your own life jackets if you think they won’t fit. It is up to you to ensure you are following safe procedures on the lake.
- If you'd like to launch your boat there is a public boat launch across the lake, please let us know & we can direct you.
- Fishing is incredible in all 4 seasons.
- A propane BBQ is provided for use.
- The dock is very deep off the end & a ladder is provided for entering/exiting
