Welcome to GOLD CANYON TREASURE, our 4 BR, 2 BA, single story home nestled in exclusive and upscale Gold Canyon. The backyard is a paradise of resort amenities that include a covered porch with gas grill, lagoon style pool with optional heat, hot tub, putting green and propane fire pit. The pool heating fee is $75.00 per night to heat the pool to 80º F. Two bikes are provided for guests to tour our beautiful community and beyond. The Gold Canyon neighborhood is peaceful, well maintained and secure.

The home's open floor plan is well appointed with spaces for individual activities as well as social gatherings. The great room features a cozy sitting area and a smart TV with Direct TV service. The great room overlooks the backyard oasis and has a door that accesses the pool and patio making it easy to transfer food and drinks to the pool deck. The well stocked kitchen has island and table seating. Both Keurig and drip coffee makers are supplied. Highchairs are available to rent. Wifi is complimentary.

A dedicated game room includes a pool table and shuffleboard. The fireplace is for decoration only and not usable. A dining table with extra leaves at one end of the game room provides seating for 8.

~ GOLDEN DREAMS in PARADISE ~
The bedroom floor plan is split for enhanced privacy. ALL bedrooms have smart TVs and ceiling fans. Rest comfortably in the elegant primary suite with a king bed, smart TV with Direct TV service, walk-in closet and en suite bath. The lovely bathroom features dual vanity sinks, a separate walk-in shower and a divine garden tub for luxurious soaks.

ALL guest bedrooms have smart TVs with an antennae for local stations. Bedrooms 2 and 3 have king beds; Bedroom 4 has 2 twin beds and a walk-in closet. Bathroom 2 has a tub-shower combo and is shared by Bedrooms 2, 3 and 4. A hair dryer and soap are provided. There is a Pack N' Play at the home for guests to use.

The well stocked laundry room has family size appliances and laundry detergent is supplied. There are two garage spaces available with 1 additional parking space on the driveway.

~ A GOLDEN LOCATION ~
Gold Canyon offers stunning landscapes with magnificent views of the iconic Superstition Mountains. A short commute from the neighborhood is a wide variety of activities that include boat rentals at Canyon Lake Marina, sightseeing at Boyce Thompson Arboretum, Goldfield Ghost Town and Mine Tours, Lost Dutchman Museum, the Elvis Presley Memorial Chapel and historic Tortilla Flat.

Spend a delightful afternoon on the Dolly Steamboat or visit baseball spring training camps. Horseback riders and hikers will love the variety of trail options at Lost Dutchman State Park, the Superstition Mountain Wilderness Hiking Area and Tonto National Forest, all just minutes from the front door. Bike enthusiasts will enjoy the 40 plus miles of paved, bicycle friendly, neighborhood roads that make up Gold Canyon.

For our golf loving guests there are 3 golf courses within 2.5 miles of our home: Gold Canyon Golf Resort (1.1 miles; 2 minutes), Dinosaur Mountain (1.1 miles; 2 minutes) and Mountain Brook (2.8 miles; 5 minutes). Golfers will love playing on the Gold Canyon Golf Resort Sidewinder course or at Dinosaur Mountain, a regular in "Arizona Top 10 best golf courses."

Restaurants, museums, shopping and a freeway system that takes you wherever you want to go are a short drive from the neighborhood. The home's location is also perfect for visiting the Renaissance Festival and Artisan Marketplace which runs weekends, February through April.

~ RESERVATION NOTES ~
The minimum age to rent is 28 years.

We rent to families; exceptions to this must be approved prior to confirmation of reservation.

The names of all guests staying overnight at the property must be included on the Rental Agreement's guest list.

The number of people must be appropriate for the number of beds. If deemed necessary, Arizona Vacation Home Rentals reserves the right to approve the reservation based on sleeping arrangements.

Written approval is required to exceed the standard occupancy of 8 for this home. Unless Arizona Vacation Home Rentals has granted permission to exceed the standard occupancy number, Guest agrees to limit guests, including infants and children, to standard occupancy of eight (8).

Daytime visitors to home may not exceed four (4) people to include adults, infants and children unless prior permission is granted by Arizona Vacation Home Rentals.

Absolutely NO parties, gatherings or events of any size permitted. Home and community are for quiet enjoyment only.

To ensure neighborhood noise levels are respected, the home has NoiseAware, an excessive noise alert system that measures noise levels. It does NOT record sounds or conversations.

For guest security, on the outside of the home is a security camera that faces the street and driveway.

All AZ Vacation Home Rental properties have working smoke and carbon monoxide detectors.

NO pets (including visiting pets) are allowed inside or outside the home at any time.

Violation of any house rule may result in termination of the rental contract, eviction and Guest will forfeit all monies paid, including rent, cleaning and deposits.

AZ Vacation Home Rentals reserves the right to require a refundable security deposit.

ALL TVs are smart TVs: great room and primary suite TVs have Direct TV service; guest bedrooms have an antenna for local channels.

The pool heating fee is $75.00 per night to heat the pool to 80º F. There is a 4 night minimum.

Guests who are paying the monthly reservation rate will be charged a daily electricity fee for any days that fall in the months of May through September.
