Summary:
Scenic Stay is a fully renovated, well set up and comfortable property for up to 6 guests. The property consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, large living area, open plan kitchen/dining area and outdoor space. The perfect base whether it be a work trip or a getaway to explore Geelong and the greater Bellarine Peninsula. Situated at just off the Geelong Ring road in Highton.
The Space:
CORPORATE and GROUP BOOKINGS welcome. If you are after multiple properties or a longer stay please make sure to reach out to discuss. We manage multiple houses and will do our best work with your requirements.
BEDROOMS
The main bedroom has walk in robe and ensuite. The other two have built in robes. All bedrooms have Smart TVs mounted on walls. Quality linen and towels provided. Bedroom 2 is fitted with two king singles whilst bedroom 3 has a queen.
LIVING ROOM
Large 4 seater reclining leather sofa, Smart TV. Heating and cooling via split system heating and cooling.
KITCHEN/DINING
Huge dining table comfortable for 8 adults. Massive kitchen with ample bench space, 900mm oven and cooktop, dishwasher, fully equipped with the essentials including utensils, cups, glasses, pots & pans, microwave, toaster, kettle etc. Some tea and coffee is supplied to get you started.
BATHROOMS
Master ensuite has shower, vanity and toilet. Main bathroom has walk in shower, bath, vanity and separate toilet.
LAUNDRY
Washing trough and front loader washing machine. BYO Laundry Detergent. Iron and ironing board supplied
OUTDOOR
Dining set and gas BBQ available. There is plenty of free parking on-street with the ability to park a couple of cars in front of house.
WIFI is available.
Guest Access:
Exclusive use of the upstairs property and upstairs patio area. Checking in late? No worries! The property uses electronic keypad locks. Simply use the pin provided when you book your stay and you can check in at any time!
NOTE: There is another 2 bedroom residence at rear of property and the rear yard and right side drive is common property.
