Welcome to SILLY SANDPIPER! This darling one-level beach home is located in the highly desired West Gulf Beaches area of St. George Island. Within walking or biking distance to all the shops and restaurants.
The home boasts 4 lovely Bedrooms and 4 Bathrooms, a Private Pool and separate Hot Tub, deep covered deck with awesome views of the Gulf of Mexico. Starting with the interior of the home, you will find tile flooring throughout the main areas of the home and bathrooms. The bedrooms feature carpet flooring. Walking into Silly Sandpiper you are greeted by the tastefully decorated, open-floor plan living, dining, and kitchen. The living area features new living room sofa and cozy seating with views of the Gulf of Mexico out of large windows and sliding glass door. The kitchen is very well stocked, with ample cabinets, and an island bar with seating for 5. The dining area features a large wooden dining table that seats 6 as well as an exit onto the back deck. The back deck has stairs leading to fish cleaning station that is located under the home.
Silly Sandpiper features a split floor plan, with 2 bedrooms on the east side of the home and 2 bedrooms on the west of the home. On the east side of the home, you will find a King suite that features a King bed, private access to the covered deck, as well as an en-suite bathroom with a shower. The second bedroom on the east side of the home, is the bunk room. The bunk room features a double/single bunkbed with an en-suite bathroom with standard shower/tub combo. Moving on to the west side of the home. You will find a second King suite that features a King bed, private access to the covered deck, as well as an en-suite bathroom with a shower. The fourth and final bedroom can be found on the west side of the home. This bedroom features a king bed with neighboring bathroom with a standard shower/tub combo.
The exterior of Silly Sandpiper is just as fabulous as the interior. The front covered deck spans the width of the house with seating to enjoy the sounds of the Gulf of Mexico. Underneath the home there is plenty of parking as well as recreational areas. You will find an outdoor shower, fish cleaning station, hot tub, lots of outdoor games such as corn hole and a outdoor seating area all under the home. On the west side of the home is the private pool with a large pool deck, perfect to enjoy your time with your family.
This home has a designated smoking area under the house. No Smoking in the home or on the porches.
