Downtown Vancouver is a lively, walkable urban neighbourhood. Like most big cities, you may see people experiencing homelessness on nearby streets. The building has 24-hour lobby security and secure access, and most guests tell us they enjoyed exploring the area on foot. For the best experience, we suggest sticking to well-lit main streets in the evening, as you would in any major city.
