Welcome to Eagle’s View Penthouse, a stunning newly renovated mountaintop oasis nestled at the top of Triangle Mountain in beautiful Colwood BC. Unobstructed 180-degree views of Mt Baker, the Olympic Mountains, Pacific Ocean and the city of Victoria which was voted one of the top 10 cities in North America by Travel and Leisure readers in 2015. Watch the eagles soar and the cruise ships come and go as you take it all in from the 500 square foot deck. In the evening retire to the brand-new flagstone patio to sit by the propane fire table. At night the city lights up the skyline as the moon rises behind Victoria.

Victoria BC is known as the city of gardens. Visit Butchart Gardens 55 acres of floral displays, butterfly gardens, Beacon Hill Park and many other provincial, regional and municipal parks and beaches. We are within walking distance of a beautiful swimming spot, Lookout Lake and a mere 15 min drive to the downtown city of Victoria where you can go whale watching, visit Canada’s oldest Chinatown, or check out the boats at the inner Harbor. There are many large grocery stores and shopping a 5 min drive into the city of Colwood and Langford.

ABOUT THE SPACE

This home is ideal for 4 people. The suite is newly renovated and each of the 2 large bedrooms have a king-sized bed. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, blender, espresso machine, toaster, microwave, ice machine, brand new oven and full-sized fridge. The open concept living room, dining space comfortably sits 4 people and has a large flat screen fiber Optik TV with sound bar, Netflix, Prime video, and Wi-Fi throughout the suite. There is an electric fireplace, heat pump and air conditioning. There is a washer and dryer in the suite for your convenience. The spa like bathroom has a large soaker tub and a stand-alone shower. The 500 square foot deck faces the beautiful view with 4 lounge chairs and patio set with another large private outdoor patio at the front of the house equipped with 4 Adirondack chairs, a fire pit and brand new 6 person hot tub. Owners with two small children live on site so please no parties or loud noise after 9PM. Smoking permitted on the front patio only.
