Incredible week in Grayton. Among the best beaches we’ve been. House has everything you need and more. Proximity to beach shuttle is awesome and plenty of dining options. Home is beautiful and extremely comfortable. 10/10

Great Grayton Beach Stay

The house was very welcoming, clean and well stocked with all essential vacation items, including a grill and weight set! The aesthetics were relaxing and inspiring. Conveniently located near Grayton/30A with beach shuttle and easy access to all that’s 30A. We will recommend this home to our friends and family. We had a great Spring Break 2023!

We had a great stay at “Oko’s Grayton Landing” for SB23. The location was ideal for a quick walk to coffee, a shuttle to the beach or a bike ride into Watercolor/Seaside. The house was very clean and had a welcoming vibe & aesthetic. It had all of the amenities/accessories (and then some) needed for a week away from home. The grill on the back deck was clean and easy to use with its own gas line. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely rent Oko’s again!

Miss Millie’s Landing is a tree shaded, beautifully finished vacation home. It is spacious and conveniently located near the Shops of Grayton. Beach access is a straight shot by bike, golf cart or foot. A charming screened back porch and deck allow for extra space to spread out and enjoy your stay. If you like amenities, this is the home for you! I say spend the money and take a vacation at Miss Millie’s Landing.

Two colleagues and I stayed here while on a business trip. We were not disappointed at all. Excellent interior, very clean, accommodating, and most importantly the owner was extremely quick with communication. If we had any questions needing an answer he always picked up my calls immediately or promptly responded to my text. Extremely polite guy who was well on top of his stuff. House was perfect, owner was polite, everything was excellent. I would highly recommend staying here.

1st time visitors to Grayton Beach & 30a. This darling house checked all the boxes for our stay. It was clean,comfortable and the perfect location for our 4 night stay for our family of 4. The location was a short walk to the beach transit, coffee shop, a few restaurants and shops. We rented beach bikes from Big Daddy's not far away and had an amazing dinner at Mabels. The only tip I might add is to have guest umbrellas available that could be stored next to the door and possibly add a privacy fence to block the construction project nextdoor. Overall it was a fantastic stay & we hope to be back again.

pleasantly surprised

When I arrived, the house was much bigger inside than what I had expected from the pictures. It is almost new, everything in clean and fresh. The kitchen has everything a gourmet chef would want, and the other amenities like a super sized washing machine and even a weight bench were beyond expectations. Our group rented bikes to get around easily. I'd give it 5 stars across the board except that it was a little further from the shuttle stop than I wanted to walk. It's a great house, and we really enjoyed our stay.

Great Summer Vacation

The place exceeded our expectations. The house was beautiful and clean. It looked like we were the first people to ever use it. Everything in the kitchen looked brand new. The beds were very comfortable. The location is about a 15 minute walk to the beach. It's a very easy, straight walk, or there is a shuttle service 5 minutes walking distance to the beach. There is a golf cart you can rent from them as well which I wish I had done. It would have been cheaper and more convenient then the place I rented ours from. I would definitely stay there again.

Everything…and more!

This property was absolutely amazing and I can’t say enough good things about Tim. Great guy! We stayed for a week and Millie’s Landing was the perfect choice. Great location to access all of the 30a beaches, the house was clean, and offered all the amenities we could ask for. Tim made the check in process seamless and was very responsive. The house itself is gorgeous with a spacious kitchen and had plenty of room for multiple guests. It offers everything you don’t think to pack but end up needing when you arrived. Can’t say enough good things. 10/10 would recommend!

This place is awesome

Great house. Love the location. Used the golf cart and went to Seaside every day, checked out the local bars and shops, and went to the beach easily. The free shuttle to the Grayton beach is very close and easy. You are right in the mix of everything but far enough that you don't feel like you are being crowded by the craziness of Seaside. Loved AJs, Hurricane Oysters, Red bar and all the places really close. I'd definitely stay again..

Stunning Home in Grayton Beach

We have stayed at many homes along the coast of 30A and we decided to try Grayton Beach for our after Christmas getaway for rest and relaxation. I would rate this home a 10/10!! We were highly impressed and loved our stay. This home was absolutely perfect for our needs and extremely comfortable. It is extremely clean, completely remodeled and beautifully decorated. Although we only used the downstairs area of the home, the entire upstairs has so much room which would be perfect for a larger family. The master bed was so comfortable! It also has an outdoor patio and screen porch which is so nice. The owner was so nice and responsive if we had needed anything. We HIGHLY recommend this home!

The perfect beach getaway!

We booked this house for a last minute trip to the beach and it couldn’t have been more perfect. The house is wonderfully appointed with everything you might need. We were just down the street from the very convenient Grayton Beach drop off. The street is nice and quiet. The beds were very, very comfortable and it’s easy to tell that there were no corners cut in the construction of the house. We spent our mornings drinking coffee on the screened in porch and enjoyed lots of family time in the living room in the evenings. The owner was very communicative and easy to get a hold of. Though we didn’t need it, there’s also a very nice golf cart available on property that you can rent directly through the owner. We would happily rebook Oko’s Grayton Landing for future 30A trips. This would also make a great multi generational getaway with a family upstairs and grandparents downstairs.
