Perfect Landing Spot for Visiting Colleges for a Couple of Days!

We brought our boys to visit School of Mines and CU Boulder, and this was the perfect landing spot. So easy to get to all of the fun of Golden, and the school. We used all 3 of the comfortable beds, and even though we didn't use the kitchen, it was very well-equipped. I also appreciated the great communication with the actual owners!

Perfect location

Such a great place to stay in Golden! The condo was beautiful and clean with great mountain view’s from the patio. It was the perfect location! We were able to enjoy concert at red rocks, beautiful long hikes, local breweries, and restaurants. All with only a short drive. Within walking distance to downtown Golden. Would definitely return:)

Wonderful stay in Golden

Dean was wonderful to work with, made check in very easy and had great communication. Everything inside and out on the deck was beautiful and in great condition. Enjoyed having coffee on the deck enjoying the view. It was great location, close to downtown Golden and a great place to stay when going to Red Rocks! We would definitely stay here again!

We absolutely loved this property. Beautiful views of the mountains, completely updated, close to downtown Golden and a short drive to Red Rocks made our visit the best. Dean was a wonderful host who had great communication and made sure we were happy and comfortable before, during and after our stay. We will be back for future visits!!

Friendly host, and responded to any questions promptly. The space was perfect for our stay in Golden. Easy to get to downtown and great location. Would definitely stay there again when we come back.

Perfect location and great host!

We loved our stay! We have a student at the local college and the location was perfect to walk to his campus and to downtown Golden. It was comfortable, and plenty big enough for my wife and, my high schooler, and even my college student to spend the night (one slept on the pull-out couch). And Dean (the owner) was super helpful in offering advice on things to do and just generally being responsive to any questions we had. Will absolutely be staying here again.

Clean, peaceful and convenient

The property was very clean and included very comfortable accommodations. The property was peaceful and quiet with the view from the front being a view of the golf course/park. The location was convenient to drive to the mountains for snow activities and for Golden and Denver. The host was knowledgeable and respectful. Really enjoyed our stay.

Very nice stay

The property was very nice, however the view out the kitchen window was interesting. The view of the moutains was great out the front windows.

Perfect place in Golden

The place had everything we needed! Kitchen was well stocked & plenty of linens. The view from the patio was gorgeous, and the house was clean. We would be happy to stay here again!

Great stay

My son and I enjoyed our stay while attending concerts at Red Rocks. Great location for both downtown Golden and Red Rocks. Comfortable living space with lots of natural light and views, well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, nice shower and great deck seating (also with view). Also appreciated Dean's hospitality.

Great little place close to CSM

We were in town for parents weekend at CSM and enjoyed staying at the cottage. It was clean, bright, and well appointed. The location was perfect for us and accommodated our family beautifully. We will definitely be back!

Great location, great experience

We had an excellent experience at this vacation rental! The property was spotless and very well-maintained, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The host was exceptionally attentive and quick to respond to any questions. The location was fantastic—convenient to everything we wanted to see and do, yet tucked away enough to feel peaceful and private.
