Cute cottage nestled in the trees. One minute walk to beach and boat launch. Walking distance to Eugenia Falls. Short drive to Hoggs Falls, Bruce Trail and quaint village of Flesherton and Beaver Valley. 1/2 hour drive to Collingwood. Friday to Friday rental preferred.

Cozy and comfortable stay

We had a wonderful long weekend stay at this cottage, it was close to the beach, hiking trails and had all the amenities we needed!

Great location

The cabin was just a short walk to the water and to Eugenia Falls with a nice eating area on the porch. We appreciated the list of places to eat in the area. (We loved Hearts at Kimberly and The Bakery at Flesherton.)

Recharged weekend

Really nice and clean place. The washroom is a bit small (mind you we are tall people) everything else is everything you need. The owners are really thoughtful and the communication is very good. Beds are really comfy, just don’t forget to bring your own bedding.

Nice and Beautiful cottage, Owner is very kind.

We stayed in this cottage for 4 nights in August.Len was very kind and accommodating . We loved the place, kids wanted to stay more . It’s a very nice, clean and well organized cottage located in a quiet and beautiful neighbourhood. Kitchen is equipped with pretty much everything that you need to cook for a family of 4. Close to public beach and trail.

Perfect calmness

Not only a step into what a cabin should look like, smell and feel but the host thinks of those little things and has them available, in the event you’ve forgotten something. The BED omg so comfortable. Hubby and I are normally early birds on weekends although we try to sleep in BUT the bed was so comfortable we slept in daily until 9:30 am. LOVED our time there and you will too!

Cozy and Quiet

We had a wonderful time with our two kids, almost 3 and 5. They had a blast! Nice little yard to play in. Beach is very close with a little trail through the woods. Bring water shoes though as the beach is stone not sand. Cottage is clean and nice. Host was excellent with his communication! We did a day trip to Wasaga which was great. Only about 40 min. Bunch of places to grab food nearby. There is a general store with LCBO outlet like 5 min away which was handy :) All in all was a great trip!!

Cozy gem at lake eugenia

We just spend labour day weekend at this cottage and we enjoyed every minute of it. Cottage itself is very nice equipped with all the necessities. Has a very cozy and warm ambience. Surrounding area is full of wonderful and very picturesque walking trails and sites such as Eugenia Falls and Hoggs Falls.strongly recommend for all nature lovers

Molly's Reach

We spent 4 glorious days at Molly's Reach. So peaceful and quiet didn't really want to go home! Our hosts provided everything you need and some things you didn't know you needed! What a great relaxing place to recharge.

Paradise in Eugenia

This little cottage has so much to offer. All of the necessities needed to have a great summer stay are included. BBQ, and every cooking essential required. There are even some delightful spices to try. I stayed in the main bedroom - the bed was wonderful-very comfy mattress!! They have wifi if needed that is very reliable and tv for when the weather is not favourable. Morning coffee on the porch was my favourite time of day. The hiking in the area is amazing. It’s just a short walk down to Eugenia Falls entrance - 12.5km hike out and back to Hoggs Falls. Garage 13- just across from the entrance to falls-is a great place to grab a snack, coffee and some locally made artisanal goods. I made a day trip to the Scandinave Spa which is only 35 minutes away. Totally recommend this cottage to anyone. The owners are super responsive and helpful with any questions!

Quaint Quiet Getaway

The cottage was cozy and quaint with attention to small details. It was clean and had all the items needed for a comfortable stay. It's located a very short walking distance to a small beach (not sandy but the water was refreshing) and boat launch, and the nearby trails and waterfalls were beautiful! We enjoyed the location as we were able to do some day trips out to nearby towns including spectacular Wasaga beach. Communication with the owners was timely and helpful. Thanks for the lovely stay!!

Cute little cottage

The cottage was very clean!! I enjoyed my coffee on the deck, I was so happy to see that the beach was actually 1 min away!! The owner had everything I needed to make my stay comfortable and complete! The bed was very comfortable!! I will definitely be booking this cottage again!! Thanks for the wonderful holiday!!
