• The resort`s North and South Cabana buildings will undergo pest control treatments from Jun. 2, 2025 through Jun. 9, 2025. During this time, all units in Cabana buildings will be unavailable for occupancy. The cabana pool, spa, business center, café will be closed. Additionally, the front desk and concierge services will be relocated to a temporary location. Please contact the resort for inquires.
• The resort will undergo renovations from to their Ocean View units from Feb. 28 - May 19, 2025 and the Waterfall units from Jul. 25 - Oct. 31, 2025. During this time you may experience noise, dust, odors and work crews. Dates are subject to change.
• The Ocean Palm building will undergo renovations from March 27 to July 3, 2026; all units and the Ocean Palm pool will be closed and unavailable during this time—dates are subject to change.
• Key West Building: Renovations are scheduled from July 31 to October 26, 2026. All units in the Key West building, as well as the Key West pool, will be closed and unavailable for use. Dates are subject to change.

• The majority of this resort is located directly across the street from the beach. All guests have beach access.
• At least one guest checking in must be 21 years of age or older.
• Parking is limited, and the resort is not able to accommodate the storage of boats, RVs, and trailers.
• Pool and hot tub hours are 7 a.m.-10 p.m. Children who are not fully potty trained must wear swim diapers. There are no lifeguards on duty. Please refer to posted pool signage for more information.
• This resort has a check out time of 10 a.m.
