Location & Accommodations!

This property is fantastic! It's proximity to the downtown entertainment venues is perfect! We were able to walk to a concert. There are so many cute, edgy, modern, fun eateries, bars and coffee shops - it was hard to choose! The apartment is super comfortable with everything you need in the kitchen, baths and bedrooms. The beds and pillows are purely, extravagant comfort. The concept of the building and units is just so unique and we honestly loved everything about it!

Nice place, some pros and cons

Pros: This apartment feels like a hotel in the good ways- nice big beds, nice and clean bathrooms with amenities, etc. Location- if you want to walk to bars, restaurants, coffee shops, etc, this is a great central location. There are tons of fun places to walk to Easy check in and check out Cons: Noise- the nightclub next door went until 2am on Friday night (not Saturday). If you aren't a super light sleeper or don't mind a bit of background noise, it's fine. Parking- this one really sucked. There is no parking included and it's a busy area. We got back Friday night and had to park about a 10 minute walk away, which would be fine except we had to get up at 7:45am on Saturday to go put money in our meter which started at 8am. Saturday night we found parking easily since meters don't run on Sunday. Privacy- this apartment is bizarre because it has no doors. I knew going in that the upstairs lofted bedroom didn't have a door, but the weirder thing is the downstairs bedroom also doesn't have a door. The kitchen goes straight into the downstairs bedroom with no door so if someone wakes up early and wants to make coffee, they are literally four feet from the other bed and can see straight into it. The two bedrooms are far enough apart that there can be some visual privacy, but you can't say anything in one bedroom without the whole house hearing you. The quirks were annoying but we did overall enjoy our stay

Pull out sofa bedding and comforter never changed

The online description stated this has 3 beds. However when we pulled out the sofa couch the sheets and comforter were not changed to sleep at night. We contacted the management company immediately and they were not able to drop off new sheets until the next day. This was unacceptable as we had 1 bed short the first night. This is also unacceptable as a guest we would have to change someone else’s dirty sheets. We also did not receive a clean comforter until the final day. This is truly unacceptable.

No, parking is not available.

Property is in the aggressively trendy Roosevelt Row neighborhood, and if you’re part of a young group looking to explore, maybe hit up a D-backs game, you’d probably be satisfied. But there is no parking available onsite (despite what the listing says). There is a good deal of street parking nearby, but to me using “parking available” to describe street parking is like putting “washer and dryer” in your listing because there’s a laundromat down the street. Vrbo likes to market itself as full of exciting and unique experiences, but let’s be clear: this unit is not one of them, being part of what looked to us like a whole building of Vrbo units. There are pros and cons to this, of course, but be aware that you’re giving up the amenities of a hotel for a nondescript series of rooms.

Cool place

This was a really cool place. It is created from shipping containers and gives a cool contemporary feel. The only negative is the homeless around the area. One guy was aggressive.
