Nestled directly on the shores of Chinaman's island, this retreat offers luxury living at its best that all the family can enjoy.
The spacious living areas indoors and out look out to a beautiful pool and views of the reserve and lake beyond. The huge backyard is big enough for a family footy or cricket match, boasting the perfect position to make supervision of the children easy whilst letting bigger people do what they want to do.
The high end appointed and spacious kitchen with butler’s pantry will surely appeal to the holiday entertainer!
Upstairs , the house has 3 spacious bedrooms including a huge master bedroom with its own balcony and views, 2 bathrooms, separate powder room as well as a study nook.
Directly out your back gate take a stroll around Chinaman's island where you can fish, enjoy the incredible birdlife and the stunning sunset's and sunrises.
And if you don't feel like cooking, turn right out the gate and stroll to The Sebel restaurant and bar which is a glorious 15 minute walk away. For golf lover's their Blackbull Golf course will impress.
Our guests also love the proximity of the home to the Yacht club and it's children's playground, BBQ and picnic area overlooking the lake. Further on around the lake you will discover the waterpark, Paddle steamer's and Sunday market.

We came back from travelling around Australia and we couldn't resist buying a home where we have spent our family holidays year after year. Its been our forever dream to have a waterfront property and so close to everything we love doing, from golf to fishing and boating. We also love just popping down to the Sebel resort for a coffee in the morning.
Por qué escogió este alojamiento
We love being central to the township of Yarrawonga, whilst being on the foreshore of the Lake and everything it has to offer. The Chinamans Island walking track, Yacht Club and Sebel resort are just out our back gate.
This location is so on point!

The proximity of the home to the nature reserve and lake makes for a peaceful retreat. It is close to town and of course the amazing wine region of Rutherglen.
The home itself has been thoughtfully designed for family living and entertaining. The presentation of the home has been creatively designed with high end furnishings and pieces. The practical and aesthetic elements all come together beautifully.
