Enter through the beautiful contemporary entrance door or the single car

garage to a split level stairway.



Up a half flight of stairs is the large living room offering panoramic views

of the Continental Divide, a 1/2 bath and extensively provisioned modern

kitchen with high-end stainless appliances, contemporary hardwood cabinets and

granite counters. You'll have everything you'll need to prepare every meal for

your stay. The living room features a wood-burning stack-rock fireplace and

luxurious leather seating. A smartTV is available in the corner, but we are

guessing you'll want to tune it to our favorite channel: "OFF" and simply gaze

out the windows at the most incredible panoramic views in North America. A

door leads to the deck where you'll be enveloped by the views among Ponderosa

Pines high above the steep slopes and valley below. A grill and round patio

dining set for four offer al fresco dining options for your family. A half

bath features a smart cleansing seat.



Descend one flight of stairs from the living room to find a hall bath which is

also shared to provide ensuite access with the primary bedroom. The bathroom

features a glass and tile shower, bidet toilet and two bedrooms: one with a

king-sized bed and the other with 2 twin beds and each with their own private

balconies.



Descend the second flight of stairs is the main bedroom with a queen-sized

murphy bed and hall bath with tub/shower. Just outside is the private hot tub

on a private deck.
