Unfortunately we are only able to provide one beach card as that is all that we are given per home. It was our pleasure to help with the table replacement. It is so great to hear that you found Island Melody to be comfortable and well stocked. We have shared your feedback with our housekeeping team. The housekeepers and inspectors who follow afterwards now use a detailed 100 item checklist for each clean. During stays we have staff that can pop over to help address any housekeeping issues that arise as cleanliness is very important to us, as is our guests comfort. We love hosting over 3000 families each year in the homes we manage. The vast majority of guests are amazing and respect the homes they stay in and many come back time after time. You can see from all the amazing reviews of this home that our team members care and work to help guests have exceptional holidays. Where possible we make attempts to provide an early checkin if a home can be ready. We explained we would not be able to confirm an early check in until the day of arrival. On the day of arrival we explained to her there were repairs pending so an early checkin would not be possible but that we could text if the repairs were done early. When our maintenance person arrived at the home at 1pm we found that the guest was already in the home after being advised otherwise. This is just one example of a guest who does not follow simple courtesy, home rules and will threaten a bad review if not offered compensation. We would not recommend this guest to any other hosts on VRBO.

We're glad you enjoyed all of the amenities of the Islands community and the Mauna Lani Resort. We wish that you had reached out about your concerns while you were in the home, and are perplexed by your comments as  you submitted a 5 star initial impression rating on the home’s tablet and any questions you had were quickly answered.   We have a team of cleaners and handy people in the resort daily and could have attended to your concerns promptly had we been aware of them.  We are reviewing you’re feedback with our cleaners and inspectors.
