The entire property and backyard with grill and picnic table are available for your use. Designated parking on the side of the house on granite pad.

We love those furry bundles of joy. We allow maximum 2 pet with a $100.00 NONREFUNDABLE pet fee.

NO SMOKING INSIDE
Please refrain from smoking inside the home or within 25 feet of any exterior doors. Any smoking evidence will result in a $500.00 fee for odor removal, including duct cleaning, furniture, bedspread and carpet cleaning.

NO PARTIES/EVENTS
We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and
your return visits. City of Waco has an ordinance that does not allow events or parties at our short term rentals. Violation can cause us to lose our permit to operate. Thank you for understanding and complying with this ordinance.
