We just finished renovating this bright modern walkout basement suite.

You will have full privacy with 2 bedrooms, bathroom, main area with living room, dining room and well equipped kitchen.

You also have a private access to the Hot tub, patio, and a large fenced yard.
The place is on a quiet cul-de-sac, with space for your car right in front of the house

Each bedroom has a workspace.

Fireplace, TV, books to read, board games to play, Wifi

Morning coffee/tea is complimentary.

The space
The bedrooms
Two bedrooms with a queen size bed in each with nightstands and a statement wall. Both beds have extra pillows for your comfort, duvet covers (not a messy bedsheet situation), and a warm throw blanket. There is also an extra blanket in the closet in case you get cold.
Each bedroom has a workspace with a comfy work chair.
Bath towel and hand towel is provided for each guest.

The kitchen
Brand new modern kitchen with a solid wood counter and is well equipped with anything you might need.
Appliances include: Large fridge with freezer, microwave with range, dishwasher and glass cooktop (no oven), toaster, drip coffee machine, kettle.
Complimentary coffee, tea, sugar, salt, pepper, sunflower oil.
Cooking dishes and utensils : pots, pans, plates, bowls, cups and glasses, cutlery, knifes, scissors, grater, can and bottle opener, potato peeler, strainer.
Also fire extinguisher, first aid kit and flashlight.
Dining area seats 4 people

The living room
Living room area boasts a beautiful automatic gas fireplace with thermostat controller
You can sit on comfy leather sofas, relax and watch TV (Netflix and Prime video included, but you are welcome to sign in to any of your own platforms), read books or play board games ( we love board games and have shared some of our favorites suitable for up to 4 people)

Hot tub
The feature of this apartment - powerful new hot tub surrounded by cozy string lights for you to enjoy anytime during your stay. It is always hot and ready for a dip!

Patio
Perfect for enjoying a drink on a summer day patio with chairs and coffee table.

Yard
Huge yard is yours to enjoy! No one else uses it, but someone may need to cut the grass outside or add chemicals to the hot tub during your stay.

Bathroom
Newly renovated bathroom has a vanity with a giant mirror, new toilet and a standup shower with shampoo, conditioner and body soap you can also use a hairdryer that's in the drawer.

Laundry
We can do your laundry every 3 nights of stay. Please message to arrange

All spaces are yours to enjoy, but please be aware that we have cameras that monitor what is happening outside the house.
