Great location, and the apartment was equipped with everything we needed. Remember to read all of the check-in details to make hassle hassle-free key pick up. The message is very detailed and accurate. The host returned any messages quickly, and we felt very welcomed. Would return.

Perfect location close to restaurants, downtown, the Parliament, shopping, etc.Clean, quiet, safe parking. We loved it! Having access to a pool and hot tub was a bonus!

We stayed for 3 nights. A great location, just minutes of a walk to all the tourist hotspots such as the empress and numerous restaurants. Felt very safe. Though we had a small hiccup when we arrived with a key FOB battery, trent promptly headed to the location to fix the problem. The bathtub was a lovely amenity and nice to have a small (condo sized) washing machine to use. It was well equipped with all we needed and spacious yet cozy with thoughtful decor. There were a few small quirks related to the appliances, showerhead is a little large, the toilet handle needed a jiggle to stop running, 1 sink was clogged, but nothing that affected our overall enjoyment of the propery. A lovely wrap around balcony. Thanks for the stay !

Lovely central condo 5 mind from Inner Harbour. Great amenities. The pool and hot tub were much enjoyed. I enjoyed the full kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine and drier.

Clean and well equipped apartment. The kitchen was a highlight. Convenient for the harbour area. Also next door to National car hire which worked out well for us. Trent was helpful and communicative. He also allowed us to check in early which was kind.There was an initial problem with the keysafe which required us to phone the keysafe office who were not especially helpful but this is no fault of the apartment management.

Beautiful Apartment and Great location

We had a wonderful stay. The apartment was well stocked and was in a perfect location to walk around the city. It was great to find a location with secure parking. The building is safe and secure. It was clean and comfortable. Stocked with kitchen and bathroom items. Plenty of extra towels and bedding. Trent was responsive and communicated very well. Thank you, Trent. We apologize again for taking the Key but glad we could resolve the matter quickly.

Great location and nice space

The location is very good. Close to alot within walking distance. Caught bus to ferry from very close by. Keys are located in digital safe inside the 7-11 just around corner from unit, you dont need to install app, password sent on final payment. Trent responded effectively. Unit is nicely appointed, lots of light in living area.

Downtown Condo

Great second time stay at Trenton’s condo! Makes a great home base for visiting our kids at Uvic. Great location, amazing pool, great set up. Close enough to walk anywhere with the added convenience of a secure underground parking spot. Can’t wait to come back!

Victoria Vacation

The property was very clean and well organized. The host was very responsive when we needed help a couple times. Very spacious and great location. Walking distance to almost all of the downtown attractions. Very secure building. We enjoyed are stay and look forward to coming back.

Very well equipped so short on space for our things. Very comfortable bed. Excellent kitchen appliances and cookware. Pool and exercise space very well kept but pool too small for laps if more than one person is swimming. Great for playing.

The Falls

This condo was wonderful. The bed and pillows so comfortable Had the best sleeps Great size , everything perfect The supplies were the best I have ever seen The host was so easy to get ahold of and even reached out to us half way through our stay to see if we nodded anything The building is very secure and safe. Loved our three week stay Parking spot awesome , close to elevator Second year in this building but definitely would stay in this unit again The television has all the channels also and then some Walking distance to wherever you want to go 🌷👍😀

I truly enjoyed my stay. Everything was great. Wonderful location. My only thing would be that on the first night I checked in, the apartment was very heavily scented with some kind of fabreeze or laundry scent. For anyone with scent allergies it might be too much. I had to open windows and leave for a bit. But over all I would 100% go back and rent this space. The owner was fabulous to work with.
