A lovely elevated front porch with hammock chair and comfy sofa leads inside to the home’s inviting social spaces that are cozy yet complete with everything needed for a relaxing stay. A living room with Smart TV and wood burning fireplace – wood thoughtfully provided – and dining area make up the front part of the home. Leading to the backyard, the kitchen features a gas range, coffeepod machine, dishwasher, and even a convenient Bluetooth speaker and phone charging station.

Both private bedrooms are styled with luxuriously soft linens to maximize personal comfort. The main bedroom has a luxury queen-size bed, and the second bedroom has 2 king singles. Guests share a crisp, white 3-piece bath with a glassed-in shower cabin/bathtub combo.

Other Things to Note:
A maximum of two guest vehicles may park on the property. Additional vehicles may park on the street, however, blocking or parking in neighbouring driveways is strictly prohibited.
We would like to note, that Phillip Island is a nature park, well known for its abundant wildlife. It also has frequent power outages during bad weather events or peak times.
