This property was fabulous. So clean and comfortable. We loved sitting on the porch and enjoying the views.

Good stay

We had a great time here, the place needs some fixing up broken microwave handle, had to swap out the tv little things but not enough to make me want to leave, the jacuzzi was great. So over all I would say an 8 out of 10 and would stay again. Thank you for sharing your place with us.

Lovely get-away accomodations!

This 2 bed 2 bath condo served our girls trip perfectly. It was clean, comfortable, quiet and close to popular hiking trails, like Cathedral Rock, Bell Rock, and Courthouse Vista. We also enjoyed the hot tub that was just a short walk from our condo and the trail just behind the property. Also the views from the balcony are fabulous, especially at sunrise. Some minor drawbacks: there were 3 of us but only 2 coffee cups and 2 wine glasses. The place sleeps 4-5 and should be furnished as such. Also, the hair dryer in one of the bathrooms is broken, and there were a couple light bulbs out in the kitchen. Lastly, we couldn't get the TV to turn on. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would choose the beautiful Adobe Village again!

PROS AND CONS

PROS: 1. Communication was good. The on-site manager had to come by a few times and he was very nice and helpful. 2. Beds were comfortable. CONS: 1. Fireplace doesn't work. Strictly decorative and the place was freezing so this was a frustration. 2. No television - just had an old VHS tape and CD player with a few old movies that we could watch. 3. Password to the internet didn't work and there was no response when I emailed twice to get the correct one. 4. Zero stocked items in the kitchen. Nothing to work with (salt, pepper, etc.). Just nothing except a can of coffee and some powdered creamer. 5. Ceiling in living is caving in - looks like water has accumulated. Place had a musty smell so I'm pretty sure this was water that was just hanging out in the ceiling. Definitely made me uncomfortable wondering if mold was in the air as well. 6. Furniture (couches and chairs) are super uncomfortable. 7. Only one parking space, secondary cars have to park on the street. That was our experience, and we were super grateful we were only there for one night. I wouldn't choose this place again unless they make some updates.

The condo was just the right size for my group: 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, laundry room, and small fully equipped kitchen. One of the bedrooms has a window that is facing the landing of the second floor with a curtain that didn't cover the entire window to keep out light. The property was extremely dark in the evening with very little light to light the "courtyard". We had amazing views. The location to shops and restaurants and gas stations and the sites of Sedona were nice. But when I booked this property I was under the impression there was a "hot tub" for soaking sore muscles. I had "asked" vrbo the question and some previous guests had mentioned a hot tub. There was no hot tub. My bad-I should have checked in with the host before booking. In one of the bedrooms, upon arrival it smelled of urine "strongly". I purchased some room spray to help with it. But it didn't, I located the the origin of the smell and notified the host. Housekeeping came to remove and replace with new blanket. The check out process was vague. I have stayed with other locations that have a book of recommendations, and expectations, here there was not anything. I reached out to find out what I needed to do before checking out. There was a lot of great things, good things and bad things. But overall, this property served our group well enough.
