Modern coastal family home - 5 mins to beach!

We’ve renovated our home to suit the relaxed coastal atmosphere of the Sunshine Coast! Our home is full of natural light, open plan, warm and inviting. In between travelling, we like to spend as much time as we can enjoying our home and so you will see little snipets of our family life around, we hope this makes you feel at home.

Bedrooms
Every room has inbuilt cabinetry, 3 of the bedrooms have queen sized beds, and the master has a king. We also have a cot available. The main bedroom really is a parents retreat, king size bed, large ensuite, beautiful furnishings and French doors that open up straight to the pool area. Each bedroom has a large window and ceiling fans ensuring plenty of natural light and fresh air. One of the bedrooms is air conditioned.

Bathrooms
We have two modern bathrooms and a seperate toilet. The ensuite bathroom features a double shower and double basin and vanity. The main bathroom features a stand alone bath.

Kitchen
The kitchen is spacious, the heart of the home with modern appliances, induction cooktop, and every accessory you will need including a freshly ground coffee maker. Enjoy your breakfast on the large island bench or choose any one of the indoor/outdoor dining options available.

Living/Dining
The dining area is set up booth style, with an L shaped bench seat big enough for everybody. The living area features a 75inch smart tv and a comfortable couch to relax and watch a movie on. There is a childrens play area with toys, books, and a mini kitchen that your children will get hours of entertainment from.

Outdoors
The deck area is set up for entertaining with inbuilt bbq area overlooking the pool. It’s been designed to create a cohesive indoor/outdoor living space, with 2 French doors opening up from the kitchen. In the back corner there is another deck with a sunlounger and fire pit (in warmer months). An organic homegrown veggie patch runs along the opposite side of the house.

Other points of interest
We are located across the road from Currimundi Creek. There is a walking track (dog friendly) that goes all the way to Currimundi Lake/Currimundi beach. We have 2 bikes available to use. There are 2 x childrens parks within a couple of minutes walk. There is also a supermarket, liquor store, and takeaway options just minutes away. Bring your kayak and explore the surrounding canals.

STRICT NO PARTY POLICY
Please be mindful that the property is located in a residential area and it is appreciated that all noise is kept to a minimum at ALL times.

CLEANING/LINEN: The house is cleaned by professional cleaners to a very high standard. Linen is included.
