Great vacation at the Reef Club!

Perfect getaway

We really enjoyed this condo at the Reef Club. The condo had plenty of space and was nicely kept. We enjoyed the pool, spa, tennis courts, and of course the beach. WE would definitely stay here again!

Great location and property

Everything met our expectations. Love Indian Rocks beach and area. Unit was clean, only complaint would be that the beds are very uncomfortable, all definitely needs replaced.

Florida trip

It was a wonderful vacation for all of us ladies who met online and decided to meet in person. The room was nice and well stocked for every need. The view was excellent! The pool was great n the Gulf was in a short walking distance.

First beach vacay

The condo was very nice, clean, and very spacious! We arrived late but check in was still very easy. Great location, not a very crowded beach which we liked. Great for families, our daughter made plenty of friends at the pool! We had a great time during our first family trip to the beach before our little one starts kindergarten.

Beautiful Sunsets!

Great location to the beautiful beach! My family and I had a wonderful stay. We loved the deck. It never got direct sunlight which was welcomed, otherwise it would’ve been too hot to sit out there. Nice breeze from the Gulf. Great little places to eat and get ice cream close by. Everything went smoothly. As people said, the furniture is a bit dated, but the place was clean, the kitchen was well equipped, and plenty of space and privacy for all of us.

Overall it was awesome having the check in office a mile away from where you’re staying is very inconvenient especially for people who don’t rent cars having to get our luggage in and out of an Uber at the office having to get there to get the bikes and our beach equipment it is really bad and unfortunate because the actual Reef Club is so so great

Kathleen, Thank you for your review. We are only 1/2 a mile from the Reef Club and our office is very convenient since you have to pass right by us to get onto the island. We are not out of the way at all. Most Uber and Lyft drivers are more than happy to pull into our parking lot and check in only takes a couple minutes. We usually suggest calling us when you are in the Uber so we know to watch for you and we can get you in and out quickly. There is a trolley that runs up and down Gulf Blvd. every half hour for our guests that do not want to drive or walk the half mile to our office. The sell daily or weekly passes. Beautiful in such a great private area.

The property was very cleaned and had everything you would need. The only thing missing was wifi but we had such a great time that we completely avoided work. The view was beautiful! The location was perfect, considering we are all from Florida and live in Tampa we don't enjoy the extremely tourist and busy beach areas. This was perfect! Getting the key was a little confusing and the office closed before I could figure it out. Once we got the key all was good! We already plan on making this place our regular spot! Absolutely loved it.

February 2021 weeklong trip

The property is very nice. The other tenants were very pleasant as well. The location is great. Our kids used the pool quite a bit in addition to walking down to the beach. The view from the balcony isn’t exactly squared to the beach, but who cares, it’s still an awesome view. Indian Rocks Beach is sort of under the radar on that long strip that includes St Pete and Clearwater, which was nice. We met a lot of long time locals who are proud of their cozy community and were happy we enjoyed it so much. With that, Clearwater is just up the street about 15 minutes if you want a bigger city setting. We visited once afternoon to go dolphin sight seeing and get dinner. Overall, we would recommend this place!

Wonderful family vacation

The condo is in an older "Florida " building but the condo was great. Spacious, clean, walking distance to restaurants, on the beach, and had everything we needed. We only had one bump, coffee maker wasn't working, but they quickly replaced it. We were able to walk to restaurants and for ice cream every night. Our favorite restaurant was keegan's. Went to cooky coconut for ice cream. The beach is right there and having a pool was great. Hot tube was hot, but relaxing when it got cooler in the evening. The condo does have some beach toys too. New fridge and master bedding was a surprise. All guests at the condo were nice too. Mostly families and older couples

Nice view and gorgeous beach

Pros: Clean and good sized apartment with updated kitchen beach chairs, umbrella and boogie board supplied Nice large balcony, all 4 of us ate every meal there Great patio with plenty of chairs The view of the beach was great Assigned parking so you always have a spot The rental company was amazing to work with Cons: The windows are older so if there are people on the patio you can hear them. Not sure if it was because of a holiday week, but no one followed the 10pm patio time. There is no manager on site to make sure the rules were followed.

Sales Represents not helpful

I was a bit disappointed in this rental. 1) Very dated and cheap decor other than the kitchen. 2) Carpets were very dirty so much that wearing white socks became so filthy and black 3) Internet and cable out. Maintenance originally could not find problem and asked us the wait at condo for Spectrum to arrive at schedule time because they all were going home for the day. Waited 2 hours in condo and they never arrived. Very surprised they asked paying guest to even do this. 4) Called next morning to talk to guest services after no return calls from the night before because I and the other guests needed to connect for work. Person I talked to replied to me rudely that she was not an answering service and offered no recommendation or effort to assist me. 5) On our last day maintenance got back to me and came over to find that the wifi booster was connected to a unmarked light switch in a bedroom that was turned off.

Michelle, Thank you for your review. We will pass along your comments about the condo. You were compensated for your time without internet and you were not asked to wait for Spectrum. You called us on the evening of the 8th about the internet being out and it was fixed by the afternoon of the 9th. You did not check out until the 12th. We let you know that we had contacted Spectrum and they would be coming out. We also tried to call and communicate with you throughout the process, but there was no answer and your voicemail was full so we could not leave a message. Great Views and beach access but severely dated with dirty carpet

The photo in the listing is not the furniture that is inside of the condo. The condo is very dated. The furniture and lamps etc are so old. The room with the twin beds the lamp was cracked. The beds are very hard and uncomfortable. The master bedroom TV did not work while we were there. The master bedroom patio door does not lock. The condo is on the third floor facing the pool and it does have a great ocean view. I didn't feel unsafe at all, just noting that this needs to be fixed. The master bedroom has a strong smoke smell coming through the vents. The carpets are really dirty. While walking around in socks they became filthy within in minutes. The parking was very easy. If there are a lot of guests they may not find a spot as there are only so many guest spots available. The beach access is so close and very nice. Waking up to the beautiful views and going to the beach to see the most beautiful sunsets are plus for this place. Literally 5 seconds out of the door and you're on the beach. The beach views are amazing. It's also not crowded on this beach at all huge perk to stay in here! The listing also says there are free bikes available. But you have to walk A great distance to get to them and then they're only available until 5:00 pm. There are DVDs available at the office which is again a good distance. It is misleading to say it is right down the road. The check in and check out process was very smooth and very easy. The office staff was very nice. Overall I wouldn't stay here again. I feel like you can find a more updated condo for the same price.

Cassietta, Thank you for your review. The furniture in the condo has been updated recently. We will take care of the cracked lamp. It has not been very long since the beds in the twin room were replaced. You did report the tv not working and the smoke smell at check out. We were not given the opportunity to fix these items during your stay. The cable was fixed the same day you reported it, but by that time you had already checked out. We would have been happy to do that during your stay. We also asked our cleaners, inspectors, and maintenance people to see if they could determine where the smell of smoke could have been coming from and none of them smelled anything at all. Great Getaway

We booked this condo for our Honeymoon and we were delighted with it. It was adequately furnished and very clean. We loved the balcony view and the close access to the Pool and Hot Tub. The beach was a short walk away. The only things I can think of that may have made our stay more enjoyable would of been a better bed frame/bed in the master bedroom and possibly a way to stream videos on the living room TV. The bed moves no matter how little you move. If you toss and turn a lot you'll definitely feel the bed frame wobble. The streaming thing could be fixed with a Roku box to avoid having to repurchase a smart TV. Overall very happy with our stay.

Cleanliness of unit and surrounding property great. Nice to have keypad entry Updated kitchen & decor nice Steps from beach! Nice pool area View if beach nice & beds comfortable Frustrated with numerous light bulbs out. Doesn't housekeeping or maintenance see/check this stuff between guests. No TV in small bedroom Weak Wifi not good at all No Sheetpan to cook in oven Direction for tv out of date Unaware that it was low clearance so we had to remove our luggage carrier before parking in garage

Amazing views, comforts of home, excellent amenities!

I searched for a long time for the right place for my best friend, and our two 14 year old daughters to stay for a week long trip to the beach. I chose this property, and could not have been happier with it. The furnishings were comfortable, the kitchen had almost everything we needed (only missing a pizza cutter), and the distance to the beach was minimal. I spent every morning walking on the beach, eating my breakfast on the balcony, and swimming in the pool til the rest of the crew got up and then we would go about our day. The pool and hot tub and the surrounding areas were all well taken care of and very clean. We did have an issue with the AC while we were there, but the property management team got Phil out to fix it ASAP. He checked on us later in the day to ensure it was still working and also recommended a great local Mexican restaurant! I really enjoyed staying at this property and the location is great! Very close to the other beaches and lots to do in the area.
