Overall good experience. Check in was seamless and all kitchen amenities were a great added touch. Grounds are always beautifully maintained and access to outdoor supplies was really nice. A few things to note, rooms weren’t exactly the cleanest. Also the check out at 10am was a bit early and the cleaners knocked on the front door right at 10am. Would stay at this location again.

Wonderful condo, property and location! Indian Rock Beach is PERFECT for a laid back peaceful visit. Plenty of local shops and stuff to do! Larger tourist attractions in both directions a few miles up the road.Condo had a perfect view of the ocean and pool. Already planning our next trip!

The unit was up to date and extremely clean. The second floor views to the ocean were fantastic. You could sit on the living room sofa and still see the ocean. The units furnishings were top notch. The kitchen was well appointed. The beds were some of the best we'd ever slept on. It was a very comfortable stay.

Great stay

We enjoyed our stay. Plenty of space and kitchen and bathrooms have been recently updated. The balcony was a great place to spend time with nice seating and dining area. The complex itself is also great for amenities and beach access. The only issue was the sliding glass door didnt function properly in order to lock. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would recommend and stay again.

Very nice place

Was very satisfied with the property. The condo was perfect for our needs and was set up very nice. The view and access to the beach was perfect as well. Would definitely consider going back to the same place in the future. The family had a blast. Thank you!

The views of the Gulf were fantastic and our our elderly parents could enjoy watching us use all the amenities (like tennis and cheer us on ) from the deck!

Good location

Good location, beach is nice and Indian Rocks itself is not full of tourist shops, but is close to lots of shopping, restaurants and entertainment. The unit is dog friendly which was wonderful, but the condo itself is not friendly. Very small strip of poorly taken care of grass that they call the pet area. Feces bag dispenser was empty. Beach does not allow even on leash. Luckily there was a very nice dog park close by across the street from the condo. Tv was unnecessarily complicated, I am an older person, not tech savvy so some instructions for use would have been welcomed. Some details of local restaurants and shopping would have been helpful. The codes in pool area were changed during our stay which we had to find out from other guest. All bedroom mattresses were very comfortable, pillows in master bedroom are in need of upgrade. Owner has very strict rules about not having doors and windows open for fresh air and thermostat had to be set no lower than 73 degrees which was uncomfortable on some days. Kitchen very well equipped for any kind of cooking. Overall, the condo was fresh, cute clean and common areas were very well maintained. Probably would not rent again because of dog situation. Would have been helpful to know of the no dog policy on the beach ahead of time.

Family Vacation

We have stayed at the property multiple times over the last 20 years. Overall stay was good. In general speaking condo was clean. One set of bed sheets had not been washed with a footprint on the sheets and then visually just not looking like they were cleaned prior to making bed. Vacuum was full and needed to be emptied also.

Wonderful condo

Well appointed and located condo right on Indian Rocks Beach. In a quiet little beach community with easy access to Clearwater and St. Pete. Would definitely stay here again.

Condo was great, spacious, clean nicely furnished had everything we needed. Spectacular sun sets from terrace. Loved the beach, used beach chairs and wagon provided. Will book again.

Perfect beach, location, and condo

I will start with the beach. The most peaceful quiet beach with incredible clear water and LOTS of seashells. Location - right off the road with private parking. Condo- wonderful interior with comfortable beds, super clean, and well stocked. Our family of five had plenty of space with the three well furnished rooms and two beautiful bathrooms. The beach was beyond our wildest dreams. Clean, warm water, and always clear of people. Felt like home! Cannot wait to come back to this place!

Awesome beach getaway! Right on the beach, condo has views of beach and pool. Very clean and fully equipped kitchen! nice for staying in and cooking when just wanting a nice relaxing night in after a great day on the beach.

Great stay!! Clean place! Was updated as the pictures showed. Very close walk to the beach. The beach was awesome during our stay. Our family really enjoyed it and we will look to do again next year!! God Bless!!

Great job on upgrading the condo. Nicely done. However, confused to why the kitchen cabinets weren’t included. They are old and dated. Open shelving would look nice and modern. But still a great place.
