Because Lively is surrounded by natural wetlands and the largest sand dune on Mustang Island, a sea breeze and sense of peace is part of the natural landscape. Wake up to Gulf views and curl up with a book from your book nook. The open-air spaces in our riad-style design brings you closer to nature while still offering plenty of privacy.

All units have a King bed, desk work area and a Sleeper Sofa for the perfect place to relax with a good book, watch the large high definition television or just catch up. There is also a sliding glass door that opens to a private patio.
