This unique place has a style all its own. Our cozy 1 bedroom Loft Apartment is ideal for romantic getaways, vacations or the Business traveler looking for a hotel alternative. Walking distance to amenities, 1.7km away from all the main attractions and right next to the Olympic Torch Run Legacy Trail. This loft is professionally decorated with all the comforts of home. Extra precautions have been taken and we have a professional cleaning company to help protect our guests.
The space
If you are looking for an incredibly cozy place in Niagara Falls, look no more as you have found it. This place is close to most attractions and not to mention one of the seven wonders of the world "The Falls". The loft offers 1 Bedroom and 1 bathroom as well as sofa bed to accommodate the number of guests specified in the listing. Kitchen with pots and utensils to cook your own meal or if you like order in from one of the local restaurants.
In only a 1.7km walk, you'll be standing at the top of Clifton Hill! At the bottom of Clifton Hill you'll be able to feel the mist of the falls on your face! The loft is a comfortable and relaxing retreat.
Perfect for a couples or family retreat. The bedroom is a queen size bed with new premium quality mattresses, hotel quality linens and thick luxurious towels. The house is ideal for up to two people.
High-speed Internet, Wi-Fi and television with android box are all included.
The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. Toaster, Coffee maker and electric kettle are also there for your convenience.
Plenty of coffee, tea and bottled water are stocked for your enjoyment. Salt, Pepper and Olive Oil are also stocked in the kitchen for your convenience. Nothing is worse than waking up in the morning to no coffee!
Parking is available for up to two vehicles.

Guests have a private entrance to the apartment and their own designated parking spots.

The loft is the upper portion of the home and therefore the home is shared. Guests you stay at Urban Loft do have their own private entrance to their apartment.
