On the first level, craftsman cabinets and doors coupled with a heated basement floor breathes warmth into this modern masterpiece and offers multiple forms of entertainment to choose from. Here you will find a well-appointed living area adorned with a floor-to-ceiling mountain mural that will remind you that even from the comfort of the indoors, you are still closely connected to nature. We should probably mention there is a wet bar too! Crafting the perfect beverage could not be easier while watching your favorite sports team from the contentment of the leather couches here. In the mood for an intense game of Battleship or Yahtzee? We’ve got you covered! From the vast collection of board games to the large screen Smart TV equipped with cable, enjoying your time with the special people in your life can be done in style.

Continuing on this level, you`ll find three separate sleeping quarters, each embracing a different theme in honor of a few notorious mountain biking and hiking trails and Stevens Pass, all in our area. The first bedroom is the bunk room, complete with two sets of sturdy twin bunks with trundles. An excellent choice for a fun-filled slumber party! Beside this room is a full bathroom with a double sink, double mirrors, and complimenting touches of copper. Venture to the end of the hallway, and you’ll find a king guest room and another king en suite, each providing exceptional sleeping accommodation with beds wrapped in hotel-quality linens and plenty of storage space for your personal belongings. No matter which room you choose to call home, you’re in for a peaceful night’s sleep.

In the morning, head upstairs, where you can take in breakfast with a view of the surrounding treed hills, or take advantage of the continued amenities this beautiful open common area offers. Whether you have plans to work from home, relax by the fire, or whip up a home-cooked meal, this space caters to all. Sink into the couches and kick up your feet, or make use of the built-in workspace when responsibility comes calling. If the kitchen is your happy place, you and your guests will appreciate the updated appliances and assortment of cookware provided. Between the bar-style seating and the beautifully crafted dining table, there is plenty of space for everyone to sit together and enjoy a home-cooked meal. If you prefer dining al fresco in the summer months, there are two separate outdoor seating spaces to choose from as well! The grill master in the family will appreciate the gas BBQ just off the side of the back deck. No matter where you choose to land, it will be enjoyable!

Wander past the kitchen, and you will find the laundry room fully prepared to handle all of your laundering needs and then some!  Head further down the hallway where a fourth spectacular bedroom awaits you. This primary bedroom is otherwise known as the “Black Diamond Suite.” If you appreciate aesthetics, this is the room for you. The gorgeous king bed is surrounded by plants and intricate wall art, all on par with the black diamond theme. The attached bathroom showcases two unique rock sinks for you to prepare for the day`s adventures, and the double shower heads with a steam sauna are another added bonus! Once you turn in for the evening, winding down will be a breeze in this tranquil space.

Stroll outside where you can brush up on those golf skills on the terrace putting green, and then relax under the stars while soaking in the hot tub. This home sits on 10 acres bordered by national forest. With all that this home brings to the table, you might find it hard to leave!

While we do our very best to keep this driveway plowed and sanded at all times, winter conditions can change rapidly and make access both to and from challenging.

*There is no parking in the turnout on the main road at the base of this driveway. It is private property. Thank you for helping us continue to be great neighbors!

This driveway has a significant slope. When snow and ice are on the ground, 4WD/AWD vehicles with good traction tires are necessary. Chains are recommended for all and required for 2WD vehicles.

Please be prepared and plan accordingly.

If you are planning to visit during the winter or summer months, we highly recommend purchasing travel insurance. The weather can be unpredictable during these seasons and we hold firm to our cancellation policy.
