Oversized Sheridan beach towels are a welcome treat for lazing around the mineral pool on sunlounges to soak up the vitamin D.

What better way to enjoy your Hunter Valley wine purchases than in an oversized, Luigi Bormioli crystal wine glass.

As you enter the indulgent and impressive entry, you capture the magnificent views through the oversized stacker doors of the river, mountains, and countryside. The peace and serenity provide a backdrop to an impressive master-built home filled to the brim with modern amenities and Hamptons-style elegance.

The 'great' room combines open plan living and incorporates an electric stylish fireplace that is easy to operate with remote control and a large smart TV. The butler's pantry adjoins the main kitchen with Miele appliances, a microwave, and a double oven. The granite-covered patio is a great space to have meals and appreciate the view with a glass of wine whilst cooling off in the mineral pool with an extra large table to accommodate the whole family.

Just off the 'great' room is a media room, mud room (laundry), powder room, and a long hallway to access the left wing of the home comprising: a suite of bedrooms, a separate living room (with smart TV), and another full-sized bathroom with shower, bath and toilet. The indulgent deep bath fills quickly and overlooks the mesmerizing vista. A perfect opportunity to light candles and enjoy a glass of wine while relaxing.

The property also boasts a brand new, stylish outdoor pergola with a day bed and a gas fire pit for those cool evenings.

The Grand Manor has ample parking available with a large circular driveway and undercover porte cochere to help load and unload belongings.

The nearest wineries and restaurants are located only ten minutes away. The property is fifteen minutes from nearby Cessnock with many food outlets and shopping facilities.

This is a special home located in a quiet, upmarket location on executive acres. We ask guests to be considerate of our neighbors by limiting noise.

TO RESPECT OUR NEIGHBOURS, NO PARTIES ARE ALLOWED. NO SCHOOLIES GROUPS AND NO LOUD MUSIC TO BE PLAYED OUTSIDE AFTER 8.00 PM.

The host can provide an optional wine tour in a large, air-conditioned vehicle. Please enquire if you are interested in this optional service.
