With its bright and inviting interior, this home is a relaxing coastal haven in the heart of the popular seaside town of Coolum Beach. The layout of the home is a perfect combination between style, function & wellness, with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms & two living spaces. Go for a steam in the sauna, enjoy an invigorating ice bath or bask on the sun-soaked patio with a heated pool. Styled to perfection, this pet friendly home provides you the opportunity to slow down & soak up the charm of Coolum.
The Space:
Located only moments from the pristine sands of Coolum Beach and close to great eateries, boutique shops, the surf club, skatepark and cafes. The home is only a short 3 minute drive to Stumers Creek where you can enjoy the excellent off leash beach with your four-legged friend. The home is your own private wellness retreat where you can spend your days lazing by the heated pool, relaxing in the Finnish sauna or reaping the benefits of the Odin Ice Bath. The front door of the home opens to a large and light-filled lounge space and dining area with seating for eight. The entire home is cooled by a ducted air conditioning system. Extending from the dining area is a functional and fully equipped kitchen complete with all the necessary utensils and appliances.
Branching off from the open-plan living are three stylish bedrooms. The playroom / office also has a single unit AC.
The spacious master bedroom features a modern ensuite, a large wardrobe and a plush king bed with an outlook of the backyard and pool area. The second bedroom is complete with two single beds, a built-in wardrobe and a ceiling fan. The third bedroom features a comfortable double bed, ceiling fan and a built-in wardrobe. Separating these two bedrooms is a bathroom with a shower, vanity and bathtub. There is also a separate laundry room with washer and dryer opening from the living room.
For the kids, there is also a separate, multipurpose room that can be used as a playroom or lounge space with a smart TV. This room also doubles as an extra sleeping option, as it features a sofa bed that may be converted to accommodate an extra two guests.
Outside of the home are two comfortable outdoor chairs to relax and unwind in with a coffee or cocktail. These chairs overlook the large, heated chlorinated swimming pool in the backyard. Here, your summertime retreat awaits with the neighbouring bushland ensuring added privacy as well as an extra place for kids to play and a leafy backdrop to this laid-back lifestyle. Cook up a storm on the BBQ and serve it on the large, outdoor dining table adjacent to the heated pool. Next to this pool is also a traditional cube Finnish sauna that can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people. The sauna is made of Canadian Western cedar, the highest quality wood option for traditional saunas. The 6 kW Harvia heater will secure a high quality sauna experience while harnessing the health benefits of sauna bathing. With plenty of space for the family to spread out, the property is fully fenced and ticks all the boxes for a fun-filled getaway. The property is pet-friendly too, please note pets must remain outside the house at all times. You will adore the close proximity to dog-friendly Coolum Beach and off-leash Stumers Creek.

Washer, dryer and outdoor clothesline.
Outdoor area, sauna and private pool:
The pool depth varies mostly between 1 m and 1.3 m with a small deeper area reaching 1.7 m depth. This is suitable for casual swimming. There is also a fairly sizeable area close to the entry of the pool that is 50 cm depth which is suitable for small children under supervision. The pool is heated and is capable of securing a 28 C target temperature during the winter making it functional and enjoyable all year round! During the winter, the pool is best during the morning / midday hours when it is sunny. In Summer, make use of the shade that extends over the pool during the afternoon. The sauna is made of Canadian Western cedar, the highest quality wood option for traditional saunas. The 6 kW Harvia heater will secure a high quality sauna experience while harnessing the health benefits of sauna bathing.
There is plenty of parking available for guests as well as an electric vehicle charger.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire home along with space to park in the driveway. The carport and driveway have space for three parked cars and there is free street parking available. There is also a private EV charger available for electric vehicles.

Located in a quiet street, position and convenience are at your doorstep. With Coolum beach just a 3-minute drive away (15-minute walk), you can enjoy a convenient coastal lifestyle. Within moments you'll be enjoying the café culture along the beachfront esplanade, or a 10-minute drive will take you straight to the base of Mount Coolum.
- 8 minutes walk / 2 minutes drive to Coles and the shops / services surrounding it,
- 16 minutes walk / 3 minutes drive to the main beach and the Tickle Park playground next to it,
- 18 minutes walk / 3 minutes drive to the Stumers Creek Dog Offleash Area,
- 14 minutes walk / 2 minutes drive to the never busy pristine Coolum North Beach.
Getting Around:
The home is conveniently located close to beaches, shops, cafes and more!

A 35-minute car trip will take you to Maleny, Montville, or Kondalilla Waterfalls; the Sunshine Coast has plenty to explore!
