This fully furnished spacious 60sqm apartment has superior bedroom with queen size bed and another queen size pull-out sofa bed in the lounge area. The lounge area and external balcony have sweeping panoramic views of the city skyline and Swan River foreshore.

The apartment is located within Ascot Quays apartment complex with access to restaurant and bar; fitness center and swimming pool facilities on the banks of the Swan River. The apartment is located directly in front of the Swan River foreshore which has lovely walkways and river attractions.

Guests have full access to the onsite restaurant within Ascot Quays, which offers relaxed riverside dining in a contemporary setting. The restaurant specialises in Middle Eastern cuisine, with a focus on fresh, local and seasonal produce.
