This 2-bedroom, 2-bath vacation rental condo is packed with kid-friendly amenities and has an unbeatable location within walking distance of Granby Ranch. We had everything we needed but the cleanliness was questionable. The sheets on the master bed did not look clean and when we slightly moved the couch to pull down the Murphy bed out we had to vacuum up food and what looked like years of accumulated dirt.

Great time!

Our family came for a long ski weekend for spring break and had a great time playing games and enjoying the hot tub. We utilized the crockpot in the kitchen to make a potato soup that was warm when we got off the slopes.

Great location for skiing at Granby Ranch. Having the indoor hot tub to relax in after skiing was wonderful! Would stay again.

Great location

Awesome location in Granby Ranch. Great views, comfortable beds and couches, easy access to stores and Granby and Fraser. The indoor hot tob needed a little venting (we were a little sensitive to the chlorine) but that was the only issue we had. The short trails around the location were great to just get out for an hour or two.

Family retreat

While several family members were at a campground, we enjoyed the quiet solitude of this location. A clean welcoming retreat and comfortable atmosphere. Great sleeping arrangements and easy access to Granby and the GrandLake area.

Clean and comfortable

We stayed here for 4 days and had a great time stocked with everything you need. Clean and very comfortable also a great location from the ski resort. The washer and dry was great to have. Will definitely stay here again.

Short distance to Rocky Mountain NP

The place was nice. The kitchen was stocked very well and there was plenty of visitor information, games/cards to fill the time. The cleaning staff could have done a better job. Did not use the hot tub but it did look inviting. Had to call our booking agent to get the code for the door to get in, was supposed to get an e-mail with the code. Late in the evening, saw 3 elk grazing in the yard at the end of the building.

Sept 2023 Granby Stay

The unit was as advertised, although not as many steps as I was expecting, when entering from the garage. The location was in a nice quiet area. You do get a bit of a chlorine smell from the hut tub when going upstairs, but nothing that bad. I was very pleased that the unit had a washer and dryer in it. With all the hiking places in the nearby area, it is kind of sad that Granby Ranch wants to charge for hiking in this area. I would stay here again.

Rocky Mountain High

My wife and I stayed here while attending a wedding and we absolutely loved it! The condo was so well stocked, clean and the check in process was flawless. The views were awesome and it was great place to come and hangout after a long day of fishing, hiking and just being outside. We will absolutely be staying here again and can’t wait to come back! Beautiful view and everything that we needed

Perfect location for a long weekend of skiing at Winter Park with family (about 25 min to WP). We really enjoyed our stay here, the condo had everything that we needed! Kitchen was well equipped, we found everything that we needed (even had a french press)! Hot tub was enjoyed by all! Loved the area- so beautiful! Took the dog on long morning walks- most enjoyable! We will definitely stay here again. Thanks for sharing your home!

Beautiful condo with lots of amenities close to Granby Ranch skiing(walking distance to the hills) which was a great place for novice skiers like us clips to great hikes and just a half hour to winter park for tubing we would stay here again in a heartbeat The treats left for us were perfect

Convenient to Granby Ranch

Close to Granby Ranch, but not ski in ski out. It was easy and convenient to drive down the street to the ski parking. The condo had everything we needed. It was fairly dated, but adequate for our needs. We enjoyed the extra touches…snacks, toothpaste, etc. The underground parking is problematic when you have a car top carrier. Be very careful when pulling into the parking area. We had to take our car top carrier off.

Would definitely stay again!

Great place to stay. Loved the hot tub. It was a little cramped with only 2 parking spots as we had family from another condo location come over for dinner. Bathrooms could use some updating. Glass sliders with gold trim. Overall we would definitely stay again.

A TREAT OF A RETREAT

We arrived at the Green Retreat at Granby Ranch and immediately made note of the location. Nestled between Hwy 40, and Ski Granby (formerly known as SolVista) this rental is ideal if you’re looking for some peace and quiet but also desire to have amenities, such as a grocery store, close by. Parking is located in a garage adjacent to the residence with ample room for two vehicles. The thought of not having to brush snow off of your vehicle at a rental is a huge plus for me. There is a kitchen equipped with a full-size refrigerator, stove, and dishwasher, making it easy to get your food items at the conveniently close grocery store and preparing meals versus going out to eat. If heading out for a bite is your thing, Granby is plenty close to do that as well. Grand Lake and Rocky Mountain National Park are only a 30 minute drive to the north, while Winter Park is about the same distance to the south. Like I mentioned, location for this rental is superb! The condo has a wood burning fireplace and the unit heats up quickly even with no fire lit. It houses two bathrooms with one on each level, and even a hot tub on the second level. There is access to miles of trails right out the front door, which we took advantage of each day to enjoy the Fall weather and scenery, while getting some exercise. The golf course is within sight of the rental, as is the ski area. After our hike each day, it was a genuine treat to get a shower, sit in the hot tub, then unwind by the fire while playing a board game, or watching just about anything we wanted on TV with the available Roku. At night, it was a true pleasure to experience the solitude the area provides. We absolutely heard nothing once darkness fell, aside from an occasional vehicle, but that was few and far between. If you are looking for a cozy place to stay for a great value we encourage you to give this place a try.
