Welcome to the “Boathouse Loft” - Loft with million dollar views.

Located on the Bay of Quinte, this unique building is the perfect place for couples or individuals looking for a quiet and picturesque getaway. Not many places can offer you to be at a stone's throw distance to downtown Belleville and be on the Bay where you can park your boat inside your very own private boat slip. Cherry on the cake, no immediate neighbors!
The space
Fully renovated in 2022 this very clean, beautifully designed loft with tons of natural light and 90 degrees of the glass doors and windows will welcome you to breathtaking views of the bay. Guaranteed to make you forget the stresses of life and leave you refreshed and energized.

Over 1700 sq. feet of private terrace with an extra large pergola just for you to soak in the sun and the views of the boats parked in the marina right across. Feel like sunbathing, reading a book or taking a nap? There is plenty of beautiful and comfy outdoor furniture for you to do whatever you heart desires including a bbq for you to cook while taking in the views.

Too lazy to cook in the kitchen or the BBQ? How’s this for convenience? We are less than 10 steps away from one of the most popular seafood restaurant/bar in the area. If that doesn’t catch your fancy, then take a short walk or a quick drive to downtown Belleville and enjoy the local restaurants. There’s always delivery when you’re too lazy to get out.

If you feel like exploring the area, there are lots of wineries to explore, Golf courses that are second to none, trails and beaches in Prince Edward County to name a few are all just a short drive away.

This place is awesome !!!Amazing view from the roof house but also from the inside of the appartement, nice decoration, well equipped, comfortable bed, great location and very clean.This is also very quiet and you can feel the marina lifestyle. what a great atmosphere!This is the perfect place for either a long or short stay.the Boathouse restaurant is also next door and offers a nice menu.We also got a bottle of PEC white wine as a gift witch was much appreciated.We recommend this place 100% and looking forward to going back.

A lovely time at this boathouse. It was incredibly charming and warm. Would definitely recommend this place if you need a little break from life.

Nicely arranged and well maintained boathouse. Great view over the marina and the water. We liked the proximity to Prince Edward County and the Belleville city center. We can recommend this holiday flat.

Wonderful stay on Quinte Bay.

This pet-friendly property is quiet, clean and nicely appointed - perfect for a couple with a small dog. The wide French doors and large deck offer great views of the inner harbour, whether you're inside or out. Having a dishwasher was a nice surprise.

Peaceful retreat

Very nice property, the loft is clean and spacious. The terrasse gives you a beautiful view of the Bay and it was nice seeing the sail boats go off into the Bay. The gorgeous sunsets were definitely a highlight!

Very enjoyable experience, great view

Kenny had great communication. Checked in on us, and made sure everything went smoothly. The property is wonderful, great view, lovely fishhouse restaurant next door that we are at twice. The dogs loved the place as well, overall, wonderful experience and would come again!

This property is beautifully located with water views out of every window. In addition the inside of the property is excellent. The hosts have anticipated every need and the decor is very attractive. Unfortunately, we arrived to grass and weeds at least 1 foot high. There is no path to the front door so when it rained, we walked in mud and wet grass. It would be so easy to fix this and then the property would rate and excellent.

Short getaway to somewhere new

We enjoyed our two night stay in this very neat loft above a boathouse. Great location and atmosphere with all the sailboats around. The large rooftop was perfect for relaxing in the sun and a nice breeze off the water made the evening enjoyable too. Think about bringing some mosquito repellent though. Visiting The Boathouse Seafood restaurant next door is a must, the food and service is great! Our host Kenny left us a nice welcome snack with a bottle of wine. We appreciated him checking in and great communication. Stay here with confidence!

It was great other than a faulty shower we could not use without getting scalded. Not impressed. Patio doors leaked when raining other than that it was a good experience

The property was quite nice…needed some maintenance, screens on windows would be great, needed cleaning around windows, barbecue was not clean so cooked indoors -didn’t see switch on wall for microwave so didn’t have a fan. All the hot and cold taps were reversed-be careful. Bed was comfortable. Easy access and recycling & garbage were handy to get to. No washer/dryer but a laundromat near by, if needed.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié ce logement et sa terrasse extraordinaire et d’une immense grandeur avec une magnifique vue! Le logement est très propre et décoré avec goût et ne manquait de rien. Nous avions même une bouteille de vin blanc qui nous attendait sur le grand îlot de la cuisine, merci pour ça c’était très apprécié! Le logement est lumineux avec toutes ces fenêtres! Nous nous sentions bien et l’hôte nous a donné de bons conseils pour notre séjour. Le restaurant de fruit de mer juste à côté a un beau menu, c’était très bon et les prix sont raisonnables.

The views!!!

We booked the boathouse for our 10 year anniversary and it was perfect. The windows beside the bed are low and give you view of the docks. Once you get up and enjoy your coffee on large patio over looking the bay. Sunrise to sunset the view is spectacular!! Oh and if things couldn't get better it's dog friendly. We will be back.
