Thoughtfully designed for both indulgence and practicality, Casa Marni features expansive indoor and outdoor living areas that invite you to unwind in style. The open-plan living space is warm and inviting, with timber floors, plush leather lounges, and a central, double-sided, fireplace. Floor-to-ceiling windows flood the home with natural light, framing spectacular views over the surrounding countryside and ocean beyond. The fully equipped kitchen, complete with high-end appliances makes meal preparation effortless, whether you're cooking a feast or plating up local produce.

Step outside onto the expansive terrace and take in the breathtaking natural scenery. The private pool, complete with sun loungers, is perfect for spending long afternoons enjoying the Western Australian sunshine. The dedicated BBQ and dining setup make outdoor dining a breeze, while the alfresco lounge is ideal for relaxing with a bottle of wine as you admire the views and watch the sunset. The fully fenced garden and gated pool provide a safe and secure environment for children.

The primary bedroom, positioned at the east end of the house, offers a king-sized bed, private access to a peaceful lounge retreat, and an accessible ensuite with a spacious walk-in rain shower with a handrail. At the western end, three additional bedrooms provide flexible accommodation, including a queen room with sliding doors opening directly to the pool terrace and a unique ensuite featuring a double shower. Two more bedrooms each offer two single beds, and share a main bathroom with a deep soaking tub and views out to the pool area.

Laundry facilities with a washer and dryer, and ample parking space add to your everyday convenience. We provide bath towels only. Please bring your own pool towels.

Firewood is provided during the winter months. If you require firewood at other times of the year, it can be purchased at local service stations and hardware stores.
During your stay, you and your group will have the entire house to yourselves. Please make yourselves at home!
