The kitchen is fully equipped with an induction cooktop, dishwasher, and central island for casual dining. Share meals at the large timber table overlooking the pool and native bushland. Kokomo offers spacious accommodations spread across the main house and two studio pods, giving your group both privacy and comfort. In the main house, the primary suite features a king bed and an ensuite, while a second bedroom also offers a king bed. A third bedroom is ideal for families or friends, furnished with both a double and a single bed. The studio pod adds even more space and privacy. The studio suite is a true haven with a king bed, ethanol fireplace, an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower and double stone basins, and a private lounge with sleek white leather seating and a TV. A second studio bedroom provides a serene setting with a cosy double bed. The main bathroom also offers spa-like aesthetics with a deep soaking bath for added indulgence. A full laundry setup adds everyday ease.

We provide bath towels only. Please bring your own pool towels.

Please note that a bag of firewood is provided for the fireplace during the winter months. If you require firewood at other times of the year, it can be purchased at local service stations and hardware stores.
During your stay, you and your group will have the entire house to yourselves. Please make yourselves at home!

Due to local regulations, we can happily host you for up to 90 nights. Any bookings that exceed this duration will be cancelled by Vrbo.

School Leavers: We do not accept any school leavers bookings at any time of the year.
