Luxury family estate boasts 8BR and 4 baths - spacious (open floor plan) w/ tons of natural light. Has a beautiful view of a fish pond with a bench and a dedicated meditation room for great relaxation. Game room for some extra fun! Enjoy the outdoors w/ a private pool (can be heated), a mini-soccer field, a mini-golf, and a kids playroom with playground. Perfect for family get-together.

We are available through message forums 24 hours a day and also have a customer support number for questions. Also, we have a property management team locally to help with any concerns.
We love to meet and greet our guests as much as possible. However, in the event we cannot meet at the time of check-in - we offer self-check-in with the use of a smart lock or a door code.
⚠️ Please note***We require all guests to be greeted by ourselves or our property manager. We do ask that all last-minute bookings (with 2 days of check-in) present an ID to the greeter.

We have a close relationship with neighbors, and as such, quiet hours between 10pm - 8am must be observed in the outside amenities (Basketball Courts/Soccer or any Other Outside Grounds) and at the pool area.

We offer additional services such as pool heating (if applicable), late/early check-ins, and much more through our online tourist portal. ***All store items are subject to availability and must be purchased at the guest portal store.***
*Home is not childproofed. Please supervise children at all times.
*The outdoor lights will be automatically turned off at 10 PM and cannot be turned back on.
*NO playing or using the playground after 10 p.m

*All TVs are ROKU (smart TVs) for online streaming. No Cable.
*We may have scheduled maintenance workers e.g., lawn care, pool maintenance, and repair work that may need access to the home or yard. We will notify you beforehand of scheduled services.

** To make your stay more convenient, we provide two sets of towels per guest. Should you need more towels, we recommend using the washer/dryer machine as a rapid solution. Additional towels can also be delivered for a nominal fee.**

Property owner assumes no responsibility for personal loss, injury, or illness of any kind which may result from use of the bunk bed and ladder. The owners are not liable for any accidents occurring. Parents with children should be especially cautioned regarding ladder use and agree to accept all responsibility for minors. While not an exhaustive list of precautions, guests agree to follow these industry standards: 1) Use of top bunk is limited to occupants 6 years or older; 2) Use of top bunk is limited to 1 occupant and a maximum 175 lb weight; 3) No jumping or other horseplay on or around the bed; 4) Always use ladder for entering and leaving the upper bunk.
