The house layout and property couldn’t have been better setup for a large family get together. Plenty of large hangout spaces, but also privacy too. Taylor was super responsive and even allowed us a late checkout due to our very late flight- so grateful!

Love this property!

This is the third time we have stayed at this property and everyone absolutely loves it! We host clients for a fishing trip out of Hollywood and this property is perfectly located for our needs. Clean, spacious, beautiful views, everything we need. Taylor is great to deal with and very accommodating. We look forward to coming back next year!

Beautiful outdoor space

Very spacious, we celebrated elopement with family. Amazing outdoor area with nice pool, hot tub and grill. Perfect for family gatherings.

Private paradise

Such a beautiful get away! The villa housed our entire group, beautiful views, and in a nice neighborhood near lots of good food and right by the casino! We’ve already talked about renting here again for an annual trip! The host was kind and responded quickly. Super easy check in and check out. Thank you so much for a great place!

No surprises, good communication, excellent property.

Group of 15 friends, units were all clean, pool area was great. Owner responded right away to all messages. I would highly recommend this for any group!

Wonderful 3 days at this property.

Our family could enjoy of 3 days together, with comfort and all necessary supplements to help our stay. Thank you so much to the owner that always was ready to give any necessary information and assistance. Of course I really recommend this property.

20 friends stayed here from April 4- 7. Great place for a crowd , lots of space. Back yard is beautiful. It a bit dated and need some fixing up on patio by the grill.

Would not stay here again-safety concerns

Unfortunately there were safety concerns with the property. The front doors did not lock from the outside and the second building back door did not lock at all. We had internet issues and the property manager did not alert us they were coming to fix and just walked into all 3 locations when we were all home. 2 houses had sleeping individuals and the response we received was that they thought we went to the beach because some of our party had gone ahead and left. This was troubling with no notice/communication and that they knew some of us had gone to beach. The area is directly beside an apartment complex that while there is a fence there; they can see right into the property. The fact the doors cannot be secured from the outside when exiting and the fact the patio door cannot be locked at all in unit 2 is very concerning because anyone can access at anytime. The property manager is onsite and very close to the building every day during the day. The back yard is an oasis but you should wear water shoes in the pool or you will cut your feet. There are alligators in the river so be careful. There are definitely not enough towels for each home, no cleaning supplies other than laundry detergent. We had to buy cleaning supplies to wipe down counters and ended up buying our own towels to take home. It served its purpose but we didn’t feel safe and a lot of basic amenities were missing. The poor communication was also a concern and I rarely ever write a negative review.

Misleading and Disappointing

Unfortunately, the pictures and description did not match the reality. My family of 19 came down for a stay after Christmas. We found that the property needed a lot of TLC. We strangely found 2 knives sitting in the grass in the backyard? Not comforting since we had kids with us. The cabinets on the patio had dirt and trash in them. There was mold in the refrigerator ice machine so we didn't use it. A coffee filter with coffee grounds was left in the coffee maker. The description said that there is a 24 hour window for guest rooms between visitors but when I contacted the owner before arrival they said they had another visitor leaving the same day so 24 hours vacant was not true. There were exposed wires in the grass by the hot tub. The hot tub was very cloudy and not ready to be used. We had to wait a few days before it cleared up after they came to look at it. The lights in the hot tub didn't work. I contacted the owner and they said they'd look into it but it takes time for people to come. In the description it says boat rental is optional and it shows a boat. When I asked about it they said they don't rent the boat anymore. The fire pit in the back doesn't work. I contacted the owner to ask them to look at it and they said it doesn't work. My mom walks with a cane and it was not at all accessible. The outside patio had gaps and areas that were easy to trip over. We made the best of it, but were very disappointed.

Bachelor Parry Trip

Had a great stay for my bachelor party at this property. The place was super nice and had everything we needed. Awesome out door area as well. Perfect space for a large group and the host was very accommodating!

Amazing spot

We stayed here for a bachelor party that accommodated 17 of us perfectly. Tons of space, cleans room great pool areas. The host was more then accommodating and was quick to answer if we ever needed anything or had a question. Highly recommend this to any large group that’s wants a comfortable stay.

Family Reunion fun

Overall we loved our stay here. It is secluded enough that you can feel like it’s private IF you rent all three condos (which we did). The facilities were great, with some typical drawbacks (some bedrooms didn’t have good airflow, especially downstairs in units 2 and 3; and the pool needs a serious resurfacing. Everyone got cuts from the bottom of it.) Being in all three condos allowed us to use all three kitchens, which was a help. No singular kitchen was stocked enough that we didn’t have to go looking for an item or two in a different one…it all worked out. There are plenty of pots and pans. And when we needed an item, Kelly (a property helper), would bring it to us. For example, most all of the air mattresses had holes/leaks, so she brought new ones once we made her aware. There were not enough towels, nor extras in the laundry room like the instructions said, so she brought us some. It was fantastic to be all together and use that as our home base for some family reunion fun in South Florida, despite the heat. We visited Ft Lauderdale, Little Havana, the Everglades, Dania Beach, and Hollywood Beach. All not too far away from here. There was apparently a miscommunication between the owners and the cleaning team, so my biggest disappointment (besides the pool), is that it wasn’t all cleaned by our 3:00 check in time. We were a few hours behind that day because of it. But the cleaners were as helpful as they could be, and we were patient.

Unbelievable

We paid over $2,000 per night to sleep on the sofas (beds...all beds but 1....were hard and sqeeked loudly when you turned over) Hot tub was filthy....couldn't use til we cleaned it......the outside eating area was full of rats that came out at night and the doors on the cabinets were broken....the outside refrigerater froze up....this place could be sooo amazing if someone would fix it up.....Taylor, I would recommend that you stay in you properties so you can see for yourself.....unfortunately, Vacation by Owner as become Vacation by Realitors that don't have the time to keep their properties up...we are very sad....have always, since Vacation by Owner started years ago, had good experiences....this one was a nightmare!

Tropical Majestic Paradise

This beautiful property has 3 townhomes with a beautiful shared backyard oasis. It was equipped with everything to help our family have a most enjoyable experience. We will come back again to a most pleasant stay.

Great spot for a large party.

There's a grocery store just across the way and only a 20 minute drive to downtown. Plenty of outdoor seating and love the view of the bay. Home owners were always quick to respond and really helped us out when our original VRBO rental was cancelled on us. Highly recommend for large parties. Lots of space.

Perfect place for a large group

Taylor’s property was the perfect place to stay for a large group. The backyard space was beautiful and had everything you need to enjoy Florida’s weather. Taylor also very helpful with an item that was left behind after our stay. I would definitely recommend staying here. The beach is a 25 minute drive away and the bars are 15 minutes. The only complaint I have is the posting states that this property sleeps 24 people, but doesn’t specify that this includes the pull out couches. So if you want everyone to sleep in a bed, it sleeps 22 people.

Great for large groups

We were a hockey team flying into Ft Lauderdale for a tournament. This property allowed 20 of us (some couples and some singles) to all stay at the same place together. Everyone had our own townhouse to retreat to when we needed alone time, or the backyard common area to go to when we wanted to all hang together. The pool and hot tub were warm and clean. There was plenty of seating out back. The owner was friendly & prompt when we needed assistance. We would definitely stay at this property again if we do another tournament in Ft Lauderdale!

AMAZING PLACE FOR LARGE GROUPS

This property has it all if you are looking to spend time with a large group. I rented this space to celebrate my birthday with my friends. We had dinner outside together and enjoyed spending time at the pool and hot tub. Communication was great as we were able to get everything we needed such as a new pack and play for my friend's baby. Each unit has plenty of pots, pans, and dishes for the group. I would definitely stay at this location again. It is 5 minutes from the airport and Hard Rock Casino. Its about a 20 minute drive to downtown Fort Lauderdale and Las Olas Blvd. I cannot recommend it enough
