Jacob's Well-Home-Baño privado

Welcome to our large Redding Vacation home. Just off the main highway down a very quiet street, Jacob's Well is perfect for multiple families and great for adults. Our home sleeps 10 people comfortably with 5 bedrooms and 3 baths. Two King size bedrooms and 3 twin bedrooms. A large pool gives you refreshing evenings from conferences or a day of hiking. Also a great place for the young ones to play in the warm summer heat of Redding. We also have a fully stocked kitchen for the cooks.
The space
Our very spacious and spread out floor plan puts the bedrooms at the opposite end of the house away from the living room TV and the Bonus room. The Bonus room, behind the kitchen, is where you can play video games or bring dvds for the kids, never disturbing the sleepers. Sign in to your Netflix or Disney accounts. A large covered deck to sit and have breakfast or dinner.

Please be gentle on the house and the floors, carpet and laminate. This is a home and not a hotel. There is no large maintenance staff, just me. So all the amenties are for your comfort and convenience. If you don't
cook... there is always Uber eats and other home delivery options. My favorites are, Chicken Shack, New China II, and Red Robin for burgers. All eateries are a 5 to 7 minute drive, IN and Out, Chick Filet and other restaurants.
Guest access
Space for two cars in the garage & 2 more in the drive way and 1 space to the right side of the house. NO street parking, it's a city ordinance for home sharing. The convenience of entering through the garage is available, but you must enter the house first with your code to get the remote. It will be on a hook in the garage. You have access to the entire home, yard and the (not heated) pool. Enjoy your stay.
Other things to note
This is a "pet free" and "smoke free" home. Including service animals. Please no "parties" or "marijuana smoking" on the property. No smoking or vaping inside the home. Please, only smoke on the deck in the back. This is a very quiet
