Aspectos positivos: Ubicación
The amenities overall were in good condition. There were a few things that were not good about the property. One there was a huge rain storm, which we knew about one of the reasons we were there because my parents house was flooded. When you got to the front door the gutter is definitely need to be replaced as a waterfall basically was coming down from the gutters to get to the front door and on the side of the I’m gonna call it the middle bedroom by the bathroom. Also rain coming down from the gutters hitting a storage cushion unit I would say the toilet and the hall bath needs to be replaced or fixed as it kept running You definitely had to jiggle the handle every time after use And the chairs that they have next to the arcade game average sized male sat in it and fell directly to the floor. The kitchen where pots pans anything like that there wasn’t much there to use. We actually brought things from my parents house extra as there was no sharp knives so lock in the silverware and or every day baking utensils that you would need to or cooking utensils that you would need to use knowing that we’re gonna be there for a week. This is a house, not a hotel so expected a little bit more the amenities in the kitchen. it is definitely a loved house, painting could be done throughout the house. The last would be the TV , great that it was a smart TV bad no local stations, could not watch local news and or football. The garage also smelled like smoke and the filters need replaced
