Elegante y hermosa casa de 3 dormitorios en el West End, con porches delanteros y traseros para disfrutar de un café por la mañana o barbacoas. La casa se encuentra a pocos pasos del centro de la ciudad y le brinda la privacidad que desea, pero está a 10-15 minutos a pie de la ciudad para encontrar excelentes restaurantes, bares y museos. También se puede ir caminando o en bicicleta a playas y senderos para bicicletas en la costa nacional. Our first time in Provincetown and it was sort of a last minute excursion. When my friends and I found this listing, we all looked at each other and shook our heads in the affirmative. I dont want to rehash what others have said, but the house, the gardens, the backyard, the neighborhood are far better than the pictures would lead you to believe. Stephen is an attentive host and communicates extremely well from the booking inquiry all the way thru departure. The house is well stocked, and the bedrooms are large and the beds comfortable. If you prefer to be in the middle of the action, the house and neighborhood may be too quiet for you. That said. Provincetown is lively, and we loved that the property is within walking distance but far enough away to be a place to sleep well and take breaks during the day. We truly enjoyed this lovely property, one of the best we have stayed at, and will more than likely stay at this property again.

We had an absolutely fantastic time. The pictures here don't even do the space justice. It's convenient to town but detached and the outdoor space feels like a fantastic retreat. This group has gone to Ptown at least 5 times and this ranks at the top of our experiences. Stephen communicated clearly throughout our experience, including checking in. Would stay again and again!

We loved the home, the decks and the beautiful gardens. It was near to both beaches and to downtown Provincetown. Also, because it has three bedrooms, we were able to have friends and family members spend a couple of days with us. Great experience overall.

Spooky bear weekend

We had a great time at Stephen’s home. It’s very spacious and had plenty of room for our group. The kitchen is beautiful and was great for preparing meals. It’s a great spot to start for a bike ride to the dune trails and an easy walk into town.

Great house in good location

The house is wonderful - very welcoming and the gardens are beautiful. Outdoor space at the back is perfect for BBQs and sunbathing, and all was within a 5 minute cycle ride of the action on Commercial Street.

Wonderful home in Ptown

We loved our stay at Stephen's home! The house had lovely bedrooms and shared space, including a wonderful back and front yard with plenty of seating for everyone. Stephen was a very attentive host and made sure we had everything we needed. We hope to come back soon!

Great Stay!

We loved staying at this home. It was very well appointed, very clean, super comfortable and a great quite area. It had everything you could ask for. The owner was super helpful and responded very quickly to any questions we had. The outside deck was awesome. We would definitely stay there again.

Gorgeous week getaway with friends

My friends and I rented this space for a week for our -now traditional- end-of-summer getaway in PTown. The house is a 10-15 min walk to the BoatSlip on Commercial Street, which provides easy access to all the fun but allows you to stay in a tranquil part of town. The gardens are beautifully groomed and the deck space is just perfect. The kitchen had all the appliances and utensils we needed to cook (we loved the double oven). Stephen was a very welcoming host and prompt to respond whenever we had minor issues. Would definitely recommend it and looking forward to renting next year!

Comfortable, clean ,spacious and quiet!

There were 4 adults and we really enjoyed the home, the deck, the garden and the neighborhood! It has a very well appointed kitchen ( I was the chef for the week)! I am going to miss cooking in your kitchen, Stephan! A lovely walk into town. We really enjoyed our stay! Thanks for your attention to detail!

Don’t pass this one up

I’m someone who raises an eyebrow when I read a really out-of-this-world review, because hardly any property is perfect, but this one sure comes close. The house is well-appointed and attractive, the bedrooms are comfortable and the beds a joy on which to sleep, and the bathrooms are well-decorated and great for a group (the upstairs bathroom has dual sinks). The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the kitchen is modern and it was a big help to be able to stock groceries to save on some meals. The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet, and the outside areas and landscaping are a dream. Sound like it’s too good to be true? Well, I travel a fair bit with friends, and this is hands-down the best property that we’ve booked.

A hidden gem

Stephen’s home was perfect for our family. He made us feel welcome and was extremely friendly. The house was spacious and well stocked. The location was perfect- tucked on a quiet street but within walking distance to commercial street.

Tranquil!

Great location, just far enough away from the center of Ptown to offer a peaceful retreat. Great kitchen. We stayed in the autumn (October 2021) which turned out to be more like an encore of summer this year, plenty of sun and cool night temps. Overall very comfy; friendly, laid-back owner who is very helpful. Note: Laundry is downstairs by the lower unit, if that's important (not to us).

Adults Only?

We were 3 couples getting away. We were lucky to find a house with 3 adult bedrooms. You wouldn’t think it would be so hard to find 3 “queen” beds in Ptown. But this house fit the bill. That turned out to be just the first of many pluses for this well equipped, tastefully decorated and super clean home situated within walking distance of PTown’s world famous downtown. The few questions we had were readily and happily answered by Stephen. You will be hard pressed to find a house between Orleans and Provincetown better suited for a group of friends to share good times in a vibrant community. We plan on returning.
