Thank you for your feedback. We enjoyed hosting you and are glad you had the chance to enjoy the home. We’re sorry to hear about the issues you encountered. Our records show we were notified regarding the laundry and trash, but we did not receive any reports about the light bulbs, closet doors, bath tub drain, or flashing fire detector—otherwise, we would have promptly sent our team to address them during your stay. We value your booking and hope to provide you with a smoother experience on a future visit.

Hi Lauren. We are glad you enjoyed your family getaway; however, we are sorry you were not fully satisfied. Many coastal homes can be musty due to the constant moisture, but we will share your feedback with our local team to review. Also, please know you can contact us with any needs or concerns during your stay. Had we been notified, we would have gladly offered assistance with the TV. We loved hosting you, and hope you will book with Meredith Lodging for your next coastal or mountain getaway.

We value your booking, and do hope we have the opportunity to provide you with a much better stay in the future.
