The Space:

Just steps from the shores of Geographe Bay, this bright two-storey villa pairs contemporary coastal styling with light-filled interiors and tranquil garden outlooks, offering a welcoming base for beachside escapes and exploring the South West.



Upstairs, the open-plan living area is bathed in natural light beneath soaring vaulted ceilings, providing a welcoming place to relax and reconnect. Settle into the comfortable lounge with a movie on the Smart TV or unwind in the window-side reading nook overlooking the peppermint trees. A fully equipped kitchen and adjoining dining area make it easy to prepare, share, and enjoy meals together throughout your stay.



From a quiet coffee on the comfortable balcony lounge to relaxed BBQs in the private backyard, the outdoor spaces are made for enjoying Dunsborough's laid-back lifestyle. An outdoor dining area provides the perfect setting for leisurely alfresco meals surrounded by peaceful, leafy surrounds.



Upstairs, the loft-style primary bedroom features a king bed and private ensuite with a walk-in shower and a separate toilet, creating a bright, open retreat overlooking the living area. Downstairs, the second bedroom offers a king bed, while the third bedroom includes two single beds, with a second bathroom conveniently servicing both rooms.



Central air conditioning keeps the villa comfortable throughout the seasons, while on-site parking makes arriving and exploring the South West effortless. Please note that the upstairs primary bedroom is open-plan and not fully enclosed, with no door separating it from the upstairs living area. This home is Villa 3 within the Whitesands complex.



Important notice: Construction works are ongoing in the surrounding area and are expected to continue until early 2027. Guests should expect construction noise during working hours throughout this period. Kindly consider this before making your booking. Thank you.



Guest Access:

During your stay, you and your group will have the entire villa to yourselves. Please make yourselves at home!



The Neighborhood:

Whitesands Villa 3 enjoys one of the best coastal positions in the region - directly across from the white sands of Geographe Bay.



Step outside and you’re instantly at the beach, perfect for swimming, walking, kayaking, or enjoying sunset strolls along the shoreline. A scenic coastal path also connects you directly into Dunsborough town centre, where you’ll find cafés, restaurants, boutique shopping, and local amenities just minutes away.



Beyond the immediate coastline, the surrounding area offers world-class wineries, surf beaches, walking trails, and natural attractions throughout the Margaret River region, making this the perfect base for both relaxation and exploration.



Getting Around:

A car is recommended for exploring the Margaret River region and its wineries, beaches, and natural attractions. Dunsborough town centre is also easily reached on foot or by bike via the scenic foreshore path, with cafés, restaurants, and shops just a short distance away.

Quiet Hours & Noise Complaints:

Please keep noise to a minimum after 10:00pm in line with local regulations.

We kindly ask all guests to respect the property and surrounding neighbours during their stay. Please be aware that noise complaints are a breach of our terms and conditions and may result in the forfeit of your bond and/or possible immediate eviction from the property.



School Leavers:

We do not accept any school leavers bookings at any time of the year.



Rental Agreement

As part of our standard process, all guests are required to complete a rental agreement prior to arrival. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.



Pet Policy

This property is not pet-friendly, and pets are not permitted on the premises at any time. Any unauthorised pets may result in additional cleaning fees and/or breach of booking terms.

This property is part of the Whitesands complex, with additional villas also managed on-site. Ideal for group stays or larger family bookings (subject to availability).
