Conveniently located in a quiet wooded area near the golf course with the bike path right across from the home, and the SHARC facility a quick two minute walk from this home with endless activities!

This is the largest model of Pole House available, and with three stories of fun and relaxation, you can’t help but truly feel on vacation in the mountains away from the hustle and bustle of home. The living room features a cozy gas fireplace with leather seating that invites you to sit and-stay while watching the flat screen television. The kitchen is right next to the living room, so entertaining is a breeze and even the cook can watch that big game on the television from the kitchen and not miss a single play.

The dining room is just off the kitchen and provides a great gathering place for your meal or playing games. One of the decks is just off the dining room and features a BBQ that rivals the neighbors and plenty of patio seating for gathering around and enjoying the beautiful weather Sunriver has to offer.

The first floor of this home also features two large size bedrooms, one with a king size bed and one with a queen size bed. The second deck is located off the primary bedroom. The first floor also includes a full bathroom. Upstairs, on the second floor, is the second full bathroom, a third bedroom featuring a king size bed and windows that let the morning sun peek through for those that love to wake naturally with sunlight. The next sleeping area, also located on the second floor, is the perfect little get away for someone that wants peace and quiet while enjoying their favorite book. Also on the second floor is a loft area that has a twin bunk bed and an entertainment center with a television, VCR and DVD player and Sega Game System (and games) and movies for the children’s enjoyment.

The third floor is perfect for the older kids who want a hideaway from the rest of the family. Climb up the ladder-like staircase to find a small loft area perfect for hanging out and a bedroom with two twin beds. This floor is always a crowd pleaser for any age child staying in this home.
